Mr. Curtis C. Simard has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bar Harbor Bankshares since August 9, 2013 and its subsidiary Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company since June 17, 2013. Mr. Simard served as a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Banking at TD Bank. He has been with TD Bank and its predecessor companies since 2002. During that time, he has focused on developing commercial banking and related cross-selling strategies for a number of East Coast geographies and market segments, including a recent focus upon New England and Upstate New York. Prior to joining TD Bank, Mr. Simard was affiliated with First New Hampshire Bank and its successor, Citizens Bank, from 1992 to 2002 where, after serving in a number of progressively responsible capacities, he led various business initiatives, including the development of the New Hampshire and Maine commercial banking markets. He has been a Director at Bar Harbor Bankshares and for its subsidiary, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company since June 17, 2013. Mr. Simard graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Economics.

Ms. Josephine Iannelli has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Bar Harbor Bankshares and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company since October 23, 2016. Ms. Iannelli served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Berkshire Hills Bancorp Inc. from January 27, 2014 to July 5, 2016 and from November 16, 2015 to July 5, 2016 respectively and its Executive Vice President from January 2014 to November 16, 2015. She served as Senior Vice President of Berkshire Hills Bancorp Inc. from March 4, 2013 to January 2014. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Berkshire Hills Bancorp Inc. from March 4, 2013 to July 8, 2013. She began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP and subsequently served at KeyCorp and then at National City Corporation. Ms. Iannelli was responsible for accounting policy at each of these institutions and advanced to the position of Senior Vice President, ultimately responsible for loan purchase accounting, integrating National City into PNC Financial Services Group. She also provided independent accounting consulting services for top ten national banks.

Mr. Joshua A. Radel, CFA has been Vice President of Bar Harbor Trust Services and Account Officer of Bar Harbor Trust Services at Bar Harbor Bankshares since August 2016. Mr. Radel has been Chief Investment Officer of Bar Harbor Trust Services at Bar Harbor Bankshares since August 2016.

Mr. Gregory W. Dalton has been an Executive Vice President of Business Banking - Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company at since October 2011. Mr. Dalton served as a Senior Vice President of Business Banking of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, the wholly owned subsidiary of Bar Harbor Bankshares from 2000 to October 2011. Mr. Dalton served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust and Senior Vice President of Business Banking of Bar Harbor Bankshares.

Mr. Richard Maltz has been Chief Operating Officer of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company and Bar Harbor Bankshares since September 28, 2016 and its Executive Vice President since September 28, 2016. Mr. Maltz served as Chief Risk Officer of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company and Bar Harbor Bankshares from September 1, 2014 to September 28, 2016.

Mr. William Schaefer has been Senior Vice President of Finance at Bar Harbor Bankshares. Mr. Schaefer served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Berkshire Bank since April 2012. Mr. Schaefer was responsible for leading Berkshire's management of accounting and financial systems. He is also a CPA, had served as an assistant controller and financial re porting manager at Albany International Corp since 2004. He also served as a senior associate at KPMG, LLP. He holds bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Albany, N.Y.

Patricia J. Wheeler, Esq. has joined Bar Harbor Bankshares as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Wheeler has 25 years of legal experience starting her career as Associate Counsel at Bank Boston. For the last 17 years, she has held the role of Vice President & Senior Counsel at TD Bank in Portland, Maine. Ms. Wheeler is a graduate of the University of Denver and received her JD from the University of Denver, School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association and licensed in Maine.

Mr. John M. Mercier has been Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking for New Hampshire and Vermont Markets at Lake Sunapee Bank Group since March 20, 2017. Mr. Mercier also serves as a key member of the Bar Harbor Bank's Senior Executive Team. He has a very strong reputation earned over his 30 year career. He has worked in retail, small business, regional banking, middle market and large national corporate markets. He has worked for banks of varying size from de novo to multinational. He served as Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of Primary Bank until April 27, 2017. He has served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Pentucket Bank, Senior Vice President and Middle Market Regional Group Manager and Senior Vice President and New England Team Leader for TD Bank and Senior Vice President and Team Leader for RBS Citizens. He served as Chairman of Southern NH Health Systems and serves as its Director. He served as Chairman of the Manchester Airport Authority. He serves on numerous local organization charitable boards including Granite State United Way, NH Institute of Arts, Child & Family Services and the Manchester Boys & Girls Club. Mr. Mercier earned a BS in Finance from Bentley College, Waltham MA and studied at the New England School of Banking in Williamstown, MA.

Mr. Joseph M. Pratt has been President of Harbor Bank & Trust and Trust Officer of Harbor Bank & Trust at Bar Harbor Bankshares since March 3, 2017. Mr. Pratt serves as the Managing Director and Trust Officer at Bar Harbor Trust Services. He served as the Vice President of Business Development at BTI Financial Group. Mr. Pratt's experience includes eight years as a Trust Officer and two years with a national brokerage firm. Mr. Pratt holds Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses and is a candidate for his Certified Financial Planner designation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs at the University of Maine.

Ms. Cheryl L. Mullen serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Company. Ms. Mullen serves as a Senior Vice President of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, the wholly owned subsidiary of Bar Harbor Bankshares. Ms. Mullen served as Vice President of Retail Sales & Service & Branch Administration of Bar Harbor Bank and Trust, the wholly owned subsidiary of Bar Harbor Bankshares.
