Ms. Chelsea Stoner is a General Partner at Battery Ventures. Ms. Stoner has been a Partner of Battery Ventures since June 27, 2012. He was a Partner of Battery Ventures and served as its Principal. Mr. Feldman served at Ionian Management Inc., where he worked on a range of private equity transactions and specialized in early-stage transportation and logistics technology investments. At Ionian, he was a Founding member at Ionian's venture capital fund. At Ionian, Mr. Feldman also served on a range of private equity transactions, collaborating closely with portfolio management teams to design and implement turnaround, and restructuring strategies. In addition, Mr. Feldman was employed at GE Commercial Finance, where he worked at GE Capital Aviation Services as well as at the Global Transportation Finance business units. From 1996 to 1998, he was a Member of the High Technology Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, where he worked on debt and equity financings as well as mergers and acquisitions. He served as a Financial Analyst within Goldman's financial institutions group. He focused on mergers and acquisitions within asset management, insurance, specialty finance and retail/mortgage banking. Mr. Brown serves on the Board of Directors of Bonfire Interactive Ltd. Ms. Lizette M. Perez-Deisboeck is a General Counsel at Battery Ventures. She joined the firm in 2009. Ms. Perez-Deisboeck has over 20 years of legal experience counseling entrepreneurs, public companies, and private clients on a variety of matters, including formation, governance, financings, strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions in the United States and abroad. She was a Partner at Goodwin Proctor LLP and a member of the Technology Companies and Private Equity Practice Groups. Previously Ms. Perez-Deisboeck served as a Vice President of Legal Affairs and Operations for Idealab. Preceding her work at Idealab, she served as a General Counsel at JuniorNet Corporation. Ms. Perez-Deisboeck was an Associate in the Corporate Departments of Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston and Baker and McKenzie in Los Angeles. She served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Telesca of the United District Court of the Western District of New York. She earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Richard D. Frisbie, Rick, J.D. serves as a Senior Advisor at Battery Ventures. Mr. Frisbie founded Battery Ventures in 1983. In his current role, Mr. Frisbie acts principally as an Advisor on the overall management and strategy of the firm. He focuses principally on the telecommunications services sector. Mr. Frisbie also made several mobile communications investments in the past and is a part of the team which works with high net worth individuals, foundations, and endowments using a globally diversified portfolio of public securities and alternative investments to generate above-market returns with a reasonable level of risk. Prior to this, he was employed at UNC Ventures, where Mr. Frisbie spent six years at the firm. He was employed at Phoenix Wireless Group, Inc. He was also employed at Hutchins and Wheeler, for two years, in law. Mr. Frisbie has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of numerous private and public company boards. In addition, Mr. Frisbie serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of several portfolios companies of Battery Ventures. He was a Director of Focal Communications Corp. and Novaxess. Mr. Itzik Parnafes has been a General Partner at Battery Ventures since September 13, 2012. Mr. Parnafes leads Battery Ventures infrastructure practice, focusing on tech verticals. He focuses on investments in software and services, information technology, enterprise IT, industrial technologies, advanced materials, semiconductors and innovative hardware/communications products. Mr. Parnafes serves as a Board Observer of Scodix Ltd. and ZeRTO. He was a Partner of Battery Ventures since he joined in 2009. He also spent time working alongside the Battery investment team prior to joining as a Partner. He served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Battery Ventures. He was a Partner at the Stata Ventures. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Parnafes led a landmark infrastructure project in the Israeli Defense Forces that won the prestigious Israel Defense Award. He served as the Chairman of ComAbility Inc. Mr. Christopher A. Hanson, also known as Chris, is the Chief Operating Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Battery Ventures. He joined the firm in 2003 and is responsible for managing the firm's operational, finance, human resource, information systems, compliance, and administrative functions. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Chief Financial Officer at WaterCove Networks. Prior to that, Mr. Hanson served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Saville Systems PLC joining in March 1997. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer at NetGenesis Corp. joining in November 2000. Previously, Mr. Hanson served as the Chief Financial Officer at !Hey Software. He also served as a Treasurer at System Software Associates from September 1991 to February 1997 and spent the first 10 years of his career as a Tax Professional at Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Hanson has an extensive background in managing the financial and operational functions of both public and venture backed private companies. Mr. Hanson is a C.P.A. He received an M.S. degree in Taxation from DePaul University and graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. degree in Accountancy.

Mr. Neeraj Agrawal has served as a General Partner of Battery Ventures Since 2007, a venture capital firm that he joined in 2000. Mr. Agrawal previously served as Operations Director for Sky TV Latin America, a News Corp. subsidiary, from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Agrawal serves on the Board of Directors of Coupa Software Incorporated and several private companies. He served as Director of Wayfair Inc., since January 2018. He received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
