Mr. Larry D. Pickett has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Bay Bank, FSB and Bay Bancorp, Inc. since January 7, 2014 and leads the Bank's Accounting/Finance area. Mr. Pickett has over 30 years of banking and accounting experience. Mr. Pickett served in a number of capacities in the banking industry including as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer for a $3 billion community bank in Maryland. He has depth experience in banking. Mr. Pickett served as an Executive at Susquehanna Bancshares in Lititz, Pennsylvania, where he managed its Financial Planning, Profitability and Analysis areas. Mr. Pickett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Michael F. Croxson, also known as Mike, has been Vice Chairman of Seneca One Finance, Inc. since October 2014 and serves as its President and is responsible for the leadership of the major support functions of the Bank, including marketing, human resources, operations, information technology, enterprise risk and information security, compliance and data analytics. Mr. Croxson has been Chief Operating Officer of Bay Bank FSB and Executive Vice President of Bay Bank FSB at Bay Bancorp, Inc. since July 2016. He has been President of CareOne Services Inc. since 2005. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Ascend One Corporation since 2000. He joined Ascend One Corporation, parent company of CareOne Services Inc. and Amerix Corporation in 1999 as Chief Human Resources Officer. He is responsible for all facets of day-to-day business operations of Ascend One, ensuring that the financial fitness coaching offered by CareOne Services Inc. truly provides the support and expertise consumers need to be successful and is focused on its direct consumer and business client services, technology and process management, human resources and organization development. Mr. Croxson has worked with growth-oriented public and privately-held financial services businesses in senior operating roles for nearly 30 years during which he served as President, Chief Operating Officer or Chief Human Resources Officer in specialty finance, consumer credit, bankcard processing and commercial banking organizations. His expertise is in tying growth strategies, human capital and management practices and operating and technology innovations to drive successful financial performance. Mr. Croxson served as President of Amerix Corporation since 2002. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Amerix, he worked at Synovus Financial Corporation in Columbus, GA, where he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources. He serves as President of the Board of Directors for Maryland Works. He is also a Trustee of the Columbia Foundation. He is a Member of the Board of Directors for St. John's Parish Day School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and completed advanced studies at Duke University.

Mrs. Deanna L. Lintz has been Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of Bay Bank FSB, a subsidiary of Bay Bancorp, Inc. since August 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Branch Administration since March 2007. Mrs. Lintz has been Senior Vice President of Branch Administration of the Baltimore community bank since May 2007. She served as Vice President & Small Business Relationship Manager of M & T Bank from February 2006 to March 2007 and managed a portfolio of commercial customers and developed new commercial business. From September 2004 to February 2006, she served as Vice President & small business relationship manager for Provident Bank. She spent 14 years with Bank of America where she held a variety of positions. Mrs. Lintz served as Vice President & Premier Client Manager for Bank of America from February 2001 to September 2004.

Ms. Loretta J. Mueller, also known as Lori, serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing & Investor Relations at Bay Bank, FSB. Ms. Mueller serves as Corporate Secretary of Bay Bancorp, Inc. She served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of BankAnnapolis, a subsidiary of Annapolis BanCorp Inc. since 2007. Ms. Mueller served as the Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Marketing of BankAnnapolis. She joined BankAnnapolis in 1990 and has held various positions with Bank including Senior Vice President and Manager of Marketing and Branch Sales and Service from 2003 to 2007.
