Mr. Alan B. Levan is a Founder of BBX Capital Corporation and has been its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since February 2017. Mr. Levan founded IRE Financial in 1971. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Woodbridge Holdings Corporation from 1985 to 2009. Mr. Levan has been the Chairman and Director of Levitt Corp. since 1987. He has been Chairman of the Board of Bluegreen Corporation (a/k/a, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation) since May 2017. He serves as the Chairman of Stratstone Advisors LLC-Manager of Stratstone/Bluegreen Secured Income Fund LLC. He is a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Susie and Alan B. Levan NSU Ambassadors Board. Mr. Levan serves as the Chairman of I.R.E. Realty Advisors Inc., I.R.E. Properties Inc., I.R.E. Realty Advisory Group Inc. and Florida Partners Corp. He served as Chairman of Levitt Corporation until September 24, 2015. He established BankAtlantic Foundation in 1994. Mr. Levan has spearheaded BankAtlantic's commitment to support Habitat for Humanity in that organizations effort to eradicate poverty housing in Florida. He served as the Chairman of BankAtlantic from 1987 to 2012. He served as a Director of Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc. He served as a Director of BFC Financial Corporation from 1978 to December 22, 2015. He served as a Director of Benihana Inc. from June 10, 2009 to August 2012. Mr. Levan is a Member of the Nova Southeastern University Board of Trustees and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Broward Community College Foundation, as well as a member of the Florida Grand Opera, WPO, Broward Leadership and the University of Miami Citizens Board. He is the recipient of the Spirit of Humanity Award; the Nova Southeastern University Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame Award, 2004; Cutting Edge Award; and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the state of Florida in 2003. He is a graduate of Tulane University.

Mr. Leo Hinkley has been Senior Vice President and Investor Relations Officer of Woodbridge Holdings, LLC since May 2008. Mr. Hinkley serves as Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Investor & Corporate Communications Officer at BBX Capital Corporation. He serves as the Managing Director, Investor Relations Officer at BFC Financial Corporation. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at the firm. Mr. Hinkley serves as the Investor Relations Officer of BFC Financial Corporation. In the course of his career, he has worked with research analysts and portfolio managers from many of the largest financial and investment institutions worldwide. He served as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Investor & Media Relations Officer of BBX Capital Corporation. He served as a Vice President of Investor Relations at BankAtlantic Bancorp. Previously, he served as a Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for large market cap ECI Telecom. He has been President of Board of Directors of South Florida Chapter of The National Investor Relations Institute since January 2014 and as its Director since October 2012. Locally, Mr. Hinkley serves on the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Broward County Crime Commission. He served as a Director of Quamtel, Inc. from June 2012 to December 2012. He served on the Board of Directors of the National Investor Relations Institute-SF, the BOD's of the American Israel and Florida Israel Chambers of Commerce, Board of Directors of Tele-Flex Technologies and an Advisor to the Lynn Chair in International Business at FAU. Mr. Hinkley has been an active member of the investor relations (IR) profession, investment industry and Wall Street community for 28 years. He has appeared in Investor's Business Daily, Smart Money Magazine, Barons Magazine Online, the Los Angeles Daily News, Reuters, Dow Jones and Bloomberg News services, CNBC, regional and local television and radio in Florida, as well as additional newspapers and magazines worldwide. He has been a frequent presenter throughout the U.S. and abroad at investment, banking, real estate, technology, as well as community and charity functions, including being a keynote speaker with the Governor of Connecticut at the Connecticut Technology Council at Yale University, SuperComm and the General Assembly in New York, Atlanta and Miami together with investor conferences sponsored through A`IPAC. Mr. Hinkley has also been inducted into the Who's Who in Leadership in the United States, the Who's Who in International Business in Florida and Miami and received Business Leader's Mover & Shakers Award which honored up-and-coming business leaders in South Florida.

Mr. Raymond S. Lopez, also known as Ray, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of BBX Capital Corporation since January 2015 and its Executive Vice President since March 2015. Mr. Lopez has been the Chief Accounting Officer of BBX Capital Corporation since September 8, 2016. He has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at BFC Financial Corporation since March 17, 2015. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Bluegreen Corporation since August 17, 2005 and its Senior Vice President since 2007. He served as Chief Risk Officer of BBX Capital Corporation. He joined Bluegreen Corporation in 2004 as Controller. He served as Vice President of Bluegreen Corp. from August 17, 2005 to 2008. Prior to Bluegreen, Mr. Lopez served as Manager of External Reporting for Office Depot, Inc. and as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP, respectively. Mr. Lopez is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.
