Mr. Daniel Bernstein has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bel Fuse Inc. since May 2001 and June 1992 respectively. Mr. Bernstein has been the Managing Director of Macau, a subsidiary of Bel Fuse Inc. since 1991. He served as a Vice President and Treasurer of Bel Fuse Inc. until June 1992. He served as Vice President of Operations and Director of Sales for the Fuse Division at Bel Fuse Inc. He serves as a Director of Shireoaks Worksop Holdings Ltd. He has been a Director of Bel Fuse Inc. since 1986. Mr. Bernstein holds an MBA from Baruch College.

Mr. Craig Brosious has been Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary of Bel Fuse Inc. since May 24, 2017. Mr. Brosious serves as Company Secretary and Director of Insilco Technologies (UK) Ltd. Mr. Brosious has been with Bel and its subsidiaries or acquired properties since 1994 and began his career with KPMG as a staff auditor in 1978. He joined Dentsply International, a multi-national manufacturer of dental supplies and equipment, in 1982 as a Senior Internal Auditor, responsible for financial and Internal Control Audits of the North American locations. In 1984, he joined Ferranti International, a global provider of defense and security systems and technology, as Cost Accounting Manager and later, was promoted to Controller of the Defense Systems Division. He joined the ESCOD Industries Division of Insilco Corporation as the Controller in 1994 and in 1998 was appointed the Controller of the Stewart Connector Systems Division. In 2000, he was promoted to Director of Finance of the Insilco Technologies Group, the parent company of Stewart and ESCOD, a position he held until Bel's acquisition of the group in 2003. Mr. Brosious, a veteran financial executive with nearly 40 years of experience as a financial manager and 13 years with Bel and its affiliates.

Mr. Peter G. Bittner, III, also known as Pete, serves as a Vice President of Bel Fuse Inc. and has been its President of Bel Connectivity Solutions since May 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Mr. Dennis Ackerman has been a Vice President of Operations of Bel Fuse Inc., since 2001. Mr. Ackerman has been President of Bel Power Solutions, Inc. since June 2014. Mr. Ackerman joined Bel Fuse Inc. in 1986 and served positions of customer service manager, sales manager, purchasing manager and operations manager. Mr. Ackerman holds an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. Raymond Cheung has been a Vice President of Asia Operations at Bel Fuse Inc. since October 2007. Mr. Cheung served as a Design and Project Engineer at Astec Power, Computer Products and as a Technical Sales Manager at Asian Sources Magazine. Mr. Cheung joined Bel Fuse Inc. in 1990 and served as its Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales for Asia. He holds a BSEE from Birmingham University, United Kingdom.
