Because as mentioned, Belcan is much too dependent on P&W because they will not explore other alternatives which would give them negotiating leverage in pay rates for existing business.
Rewarding employees particularly the older ones that essentially built the company. Stand up to P&W Management to obtain a better pay structure for their employees. Actively seek new business from other companies & industries besides P&W which Management claims to being doing but never does.
