What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have had worse packages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay was less than expected
Not enough care about employees and we are lowest paid in state for what we do, working with some of the highest paid engineers out there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All ideas are welcome and we listen to each other.

In the middle of acquisitions and rapid growth which means a lot of moving parts. We are still creating a culture but it's positive.

Fast and didnt involve half the management staff
