They character make them work hard despite the lack of appreciation shown to them
The few managers not in the clique who care and workers try to make a living for their family
The market determines prices and payscale they choose the good Ole boy system to determine only reward their friends
The ask questions like what type of tree would you be and what's your spirit animal and judge you accordingly. No serious attempt to hire bed on merit
Better wages take them from top executives and pay bottom 10% folks and have a true management program managers now tone deaf. They would get better product and living wage for their people.
