What do you like best about the leadership team?
Real personable and clear on job roles
Nice people. Easy to communicate
Our Leadership Team is all about communication. They want to make sure we get the word out about BEK. They really care for their employees and it shows.
They do good overall as a unit

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working together with the drivers instead of punishing them for speaking up
at least have a high school diploma
Better wages take them from top executives and pay bottom 10% folks and have a true management program managers now tone deaf. They would get better product and living wage for their people.

My retirement plan is doing good
The 401k match the company does for me
the life insurance. It prepares my family just in case.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market determines prices and payscale they choose the good Ole boy system to determine only reward their friends

every member of my team are bright, hard working, engaging and work as a team, with individual ideas.
Easy going and helpful team
We have become very flexible to meet the outragous expectations of our upper management

Informative and very transparent! Everything a salesman wants

Look at each other as equals whether they have been with the company 2 months or 20 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everything works as a family. From the owners of the company to the President, Executives all the way down to the newest employee.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need new upper management who isnt either family or long time friends, people who are actually going to run the company and manage instead of doing whats in their "circles" best interest and always trying to one-up someone
People should be helping each other instead of making it harder for the next

Felt welcomed and comfortable thru process
too long ago - cant really remember much about it
I liked my supervisor and at the time the pay, but since then ive come to do MULTIPLE jobs while still only being payed for what i was hired for, that is why i do not recommend this company to ANYONE

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The ask questions like what type of tree would you be and what's your spirit animal and judge you accordingly. No serious attempt to hire bed on merit

What makes you most happy at work?
When everybody works as a team and we stay within our job title duties unless paid more
Getting paid. I dont want to sound negative. But. Seriously. I like the guys i work with and all and thr job in general is good. But. If anyone says they work for free id call them crazy
Great environment and I get paid well

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Per my previous comments about management, we need new management and im not sure how to fix the company in the customers eyes everyone that knows i work here tells me how bad the product has gotten as of late
if you try to speak up about anything you are deemed a bad attitude, its really useless to say anything about any issue
