I work for the south east division and it is terrible, our management enforces rules only on certain individuals, you can only move up if youre in their circle, we never have any order or space for product, the rules never apply to management only to hourly employees

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have become very flexible to meet the outragous expectations of our upper management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need new upper management who isnt either family or long time friends, people who are actually going to run the company and manage instead of doing whats in their "circles" best interest and always trying to one-up someone
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Per my previous comments about management, we need new management and im not sure how to fix the company in the customers eyes everyone that knows i work here tells me how bad the product has gotten as of late
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked my supervisor and at the time the pay, but since then ive come to do MULTIPLE jobs while still only being payed for what i was hired for, that is why i do not recommend this company to ANYONE
