Mr. Gregory West, also known as Greg, CA has been the Chief Executive Officer of Benitec Biopharma Limited since August 10, 2016 and has been its Company Secretary since May 26, 2011. Dr. Suhy served as Chief Scientist of Benitec Biopharma Limited from April 2015 to December 11, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Research and Development since October 1, 2012. From April 2008 to October 2012, Dr. Suhy served as a Director of Research and Development at Benitec Biopharma Limited. Dr. Suhy was one of the inventors of Tacere Therapeutics??? TT-033 and has directed development of the TT-03x series of compounds which target the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) through to Investigational New Drug enabling studies. Dr. Suhy has been a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Regen BioPharma Inc since September 11, 2013. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. since September 11, 2013. Dr. Suhy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990 and a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Cell Biology from Northwestern University in 1996. Dr. Suhy conducted his post-doctoral work at Stanford University (Post Doctoral Fellow, Microbiology & Immunology) from 1996 to 1999.

Mr. Bryan Dulhunty has been the Chief Financial Officer of Benitec Biopharma Limited since August 2016. Mr. Dulhunty has 20 years' experience in the life sciences sector and served as an Executive Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a number of listed and non-listed biotech companies. Mr. Dulhunty holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant.

Dr. Clifford Holloway, also known as Cliff, BPharm, Ph.D., has been the Chief Business and Operating Officer at Benitec Biopharma Limited since joining in August 24, 2016. Dr. Holloway served as the Vice President of Business Development for Products at Teva Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd. since January 24, 2006. He served as a Director at Newstar Ventures Ltd. Dr. Holloway served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Sienna Cancer Diagnostics Limited from November 05, 2015 to August 15, 2016 and Biosceptre International Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Immune System Therapeutics Limited. He served as Vice President Business Development at ASX listed biotechnology company Arana Therapeutics Limited. Dr. Holloway has held executive management and directorship positions within the Biopharmaceutical and ICT industries, resulting in dynamic career progression based on establishing international operations, monetising emerging technologies and restructuring of companies in the private and public sectors to improve commercial outcome. Dr. Holloway has direct experience in establishing and negotiating technology partnerships, IP licensing, asset acquisitions, royalty agreements, joint ventures, equity investments and company mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive international experience in biopharmaceutical and healthcare related technologies with a focus on commercialization and product development. Dr. Holloway obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Ph.D in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.

Dr. Michael Graham, BSc (Hons), Ph.D. has been the Founding Scientist and Head of Discovery at Benitec Biopharma Limited since June 2015. Dr. Graham served as Senior Vice President at Benitec Biopharma Limited and served as its Chief Scientific Officer since January 1, 2012. Dr. Graham's research interests are in the field of molecular genetics, with a particular focus on the applications of RNAi in biotechnology. He commenced the development of Benitec's DDRNAI technology while working in plant biotechnology at CSIRO and continued this work at QDPI and Benitec, focusing on medical applications; the core Benitec patent portfolio was developed at this time. Following Benitec's restructure Dr. Graham moved to the University of Queensland where he worked on developing applications of RNAi in plant biotechnology in an industry collaborative program. In January 2012 Dr. Graham re-joined Benitec Biopharma as Chief Scientist and oversees the development of Benitec Biopharma's scientific programs.

Dr. Craig Lewi has been Chief Medical Adviser at Benitec Biopharma Limited since March 17, 2014. Dr. Lewis is a Medical Oncologist at Sydney's Prince of Wales Hospital. His major areas of interest are in clinical trial research in lung and breast cancer, and sarcoma. Another area of interest is cancer pain management. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a member of the Medical Oncology Group of Australia, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Clinical Oncological Society of Australia. Dr. Lewis holds a conjoint appointment in the School of Medicine at the University of New South Wales at the Associate Professor level.
