They wanted to get to know you as a person as much as your ability to fulfill the job description. They understand there are people out there that do GREAT work...they also want you to be a great person too.
Thats a toss up. Between the individuals, the mission and service we provide, and the possibilities for what we are doing. This whole experience is what I hope for EVERYONE in the work place. Support, cohesiveness, hard work, and a great time doing it.
Fully transparent and very open to ideas and process changes from all levels. The leadership walk the walk. They value everyone that is a part of this great team and show in a way I've never seen. The culture here is like nothing that exist.
