Mr. Fabrice Orecchioni has been Advisor of BioAmber Inc. since October 24, 2017. Mr. Orecchioni served as the President of BioAmber Inc. since February 20, 2017 until October 24, 2017. Mr. Orecchioni served as the Chief Operations Officer of BioAmber Inc. from January 2014 until October 24, 2017. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of BioAmber Inc. since January 2, 2014. Mr. James Millis, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Technology Officer of BioAmber Inc. since 2009. Mr. Millis has been working in the field of industrial biotechnology for 30 years. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Draths Corporation from 2007 to 2009. He served as Technical Director for Industrial Bioproducts business unit at Cargill from 2007 to 2007. His earlier positions included business and technical leadership roles at Maxygen and Bio-Technical Resources. He was a Member of Science Advisory Board at First Green Partners. He served as a Director at Draths Corporation. Mr. Millis is a co-inventor of 12 US patents and their foreign equivalents. Mr. Millis has been involved in the commercial development and scale-up of several technologies, spanning fermentation and chemical catalysis and has 20 issued U.S. patents. Mr. Millis holds a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Cornell University.

Mr. Mario Settino CPA, CA has been Chief Financial Officer of BioAmber Inc. since May 12, 2017. Mr. Settino served as the Chief Financial Officer of Grass Valley USA, LLC (Miranda Technologies Inc.) since February 2008. He previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Peds Legwear. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Provigo Inc. Prior to that, he served senior financial roles at Loblaws, Bombardier Aerospace and LGS Group (an IBM Company). He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of financial and operational experience in various industries such as services, manufacturing and high-end technology. Mr. Settino began his career at Deloitte. He has been a Director of Imaflex Inc. since June 21, 2017. Mr. Settino is a chartered accountant who began his career at Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from McGill University in 1980.
