Mr. Jiayuan Tong, also known as James, has been the Chief Executive Officer at Bison Capital Acquisition Corporation since December 2016 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from December 2016 to September 28, 2017. Mr. Tong has been Venture Partner of Delta Capital since September 2015. He worked as an Advisor to Delta Capital from December 2014 to September 2015. From 2010 to November 2014, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at Tianyin Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. From 2008 to 2010, Dr. Tong worked as Vice President in the Investment Banking Department at Roth Capital. In 2007, Dr. Tong was a biotech equity research analyst for Rodman & Renshaw. In 2006, Dr. Tong was principal investigator at the Grass Foundation Laboratory at the Marine Biological Laboratory, Woods Hole, MA. From 2002 to 2005, Dr. Tong was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Center for Molecular Medicine and Mitochondrial Genetics at the University of California, Irvine focusing on Neurofibromatosis, cognitive disorders and longevity research. He has over 19 years in healthcare practices, neuroscience research and biotech equity deals in both China and international pharmaceutical medical device segments. He has been a Director of Bison Capital Acquisition Corporation since December 2016. Mr. Tong holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology & Behavior from Stony Brook University & Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in 2002 and M.D. from Peking University Health Science Center in 1996.

Mr. Fan Bu has been Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Bison Capital Acquisition Corp. since September 28, 2017. Since June 2017, Mr. Bu has severed as an Audit Director at Bison Capital Holding Company Limited. From December 2013 to May 2017, Mr. Bu served as an audit manager at KPMG Huazhen LLC. From October 2010 to December 2013, Mr. Bu served as a senior financial consultant at KPMG Advisory (China) Limited. Mr. Bu graduated from Shandong Economic University with a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade in June 2007 and graduated from Ocean University of China with a Master's Degree in Economics in June 2010. Mr. Bu is a certified public accountant in China (CICPA).

Mr. Xu Peixin is the Founder of Bison Capital Holding Company Limited. Mr. Xu has been the Chairman and President at Bison Capital Acquisition Corporation since December 2016. He has been an Executive Director of RoadShow Holdings Limited since November 21, 2017. Mr. Xu has been Researcher at Peking University since 2007. He founded Bison, an investment company with a focus on the media and entertainment, healthcare and financial service industries, in 2014 and has been serving as a Partner and Director. He has over 18 years of experience in the information technology industry. Mr. Xu served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Beijing RedBaby Information Technology Co., Ltd. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Trend Intelligent Technologies Limited. He founded Global Trend Intelligent Technologies Limited in 1993 and was responsible for its overall strategic planning and formulation of corporate policies. Prior to Global Trend Intelligent Technologies Limited, he served as a Lecturer of information system engineering in National Defence University of Science and Technology, the PRC for five years, specializing in research and development of artificial intelligent technology. He served as the Manager of New Product Department of North Star Group's Commercial Section that he became a retailing business expert. In 2001, he started as an Angel Investor establishing and involved in several companies in multiple business areas. Mr. Xu served as a venture Partner of New Enterprise Associates From 2005 to June 2012. He served as a Manager for new business at Beijing Northstar Industrial Group. He has been the Chairman of Beijing Redbaby since June 2004. He serves as Chairman of Huasheng Taitong Media Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu has been Non-Executive Director of Target Capital Management Limited since July 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Bona Film Group Limited since November 13, 2011. He has been a Director of Cinedigm Corp. since November 1, 2017. He served as a Director of Beijing RedBaby Information Technology Co., Ltd. He served as a Director of AirMedia Group Inc since January 01, 2014 until December 28, 2016. He served as an Executive Director of Global Trend Intelligent Technologies Ltd. Mr. Xu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from China-Europe International Business School, China and a Bachelor degree in Electronic engineering from Shanghai University of Science and Technology, China. He completed B.A. in Business Administration from the Tianjin University of Commerce in 1993.

Mr. Peng Jin has been Chief Operating Officer of Bison Capital Acquisition Corp. since December 2016 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Jin is a Partner of Keytone Ventures. Mr. Jin has been managing partner of Bison since August 2014 and a Director since March 2017. He has over 18 years of experience in technology investments, entrepreneurship, financial advisory and corporate management. He was also employed at IDG-Accel China Growth Fund LP, China eCapital Corporation and IDG Capital Partners. Mr. Jin was a Partner of Keytone Ventures China Fund and Keytone Ventures China Fund II. Mr. Jin started his career in 1998 as a member of Bear Stearns Asia's New Media & Telecom Group. From August 2000 to December 2002, Mr. Jin worked at 21 Vianet (Nasdaq: VNET) as Vice President of Operations and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Jin served as a Partner of CEC Capital Group (formerly known as China eCapital Corporation) where he provided fund raising, merger and acquisition advisory services for growth stage companies in the PRC. In 2008, Mr. Jin co-founded Keystone Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on early stage technology investment opportunities and served as its Partner since 2008 until May 2014. Mr. Jin left Keytone Ventures in 2014 to start Emerge Ventures, a venture studio specializing in mostly seed and angel investments and incubating technology startups. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Target Capital Management Limited since July 2016. He has been Director at Cinedigm Corp. since November 01, 2017. Mr. Jin has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Goodbaby International Holdings Limited since February 21, 2017. Mr. Jin obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a dual major in Finance and Information Systems from the New York University, Stern School of Business in 1998.
