Talbott Roche is CEO and president of Blackhawk Network (BHN). As BHN’s co-founder, she was integral to the company’s evolution from a gift card network in one grocery chain to a global prepaid leader. Before becoming CEO, she served as BHN’s president through its successful IPO in 2013, and led the growth of the company’s retail and digital businesses. Under Roche's leadership, BHN strengthens relationships between brands and their customers, employees, and partners by transforming transactions into connections. BHN’s portfolio includes: Gift Card & eGift products, promotions and distribution that grow revenue faster; Rewards & Incentives that build loyalty and acquisition and are integrated into today’s leading platforms; and Payments that enable businesses and customers to access and disburse funds in convenient and innovative ways. Prior to BHN, Roche held leadership roles with News America Marketing, a News Corp company, and The Clorox Company among others. Roche sits on the board of directors of Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) and board of directors of Achievers, a leader in employee rewards and recognition. She previously served as an executive board member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), now the Innovative Payments Association (IPA). Roche has received awards recognizing her professional achievements, most notably the PYMNTS Innovator Award for Women Driving Innovation in Payments, and Paybefore’s Industry Achievement Award. She is regularly asked to speak on payment innovation and was also included in Progressive Grocer’s list of Top Women in Grocery and the San Francisco Business Times’ list of the Most Influential Bay Area Women. Roche holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Sachin Dhawan has been Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Blackhawk Network, Inc. since June 14, 2016. Mr. Dhawan has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since June 14, 2016. Mr. Dhawan has overall responsibility for Blackhawk's technology roadmap and execution, including development, infrastructure, security, network expansion and desktop services. Before joining Blackhawk, Mr. Dhawan served as Vice President of Engineering for Global Consumer Products at PayPal Holdings, Inc., from February 2015 to June 2016, where he was the engineering leader for PayPal's Global Consumer products & services. From March 2012 to February 2015, he served as the Vice President of Consumer for Growth & Demand Gen Engineering at PayPal where he was responsible for PayPal's global consumer products & services technology. From October 2000 to March 2012, he worked in various roles at Microsoft Corporation, where he last served as Partner Development Manager for adCenter where he lead engineering for various advertising products. From 1998 to September 2000, he was a Software Design Engineer at Aditi Technologies and at Ramco Systems, each of which is an Indian technology company. Mr. Dhawan graduated from the Advanced Leadership Program from Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a B.S. in computer science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Mr. David C. Tate has been a Senior Vice President of U.S. Retail at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since October 10, 2016. Mr. Tate served as an Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing of Blackhawk Network, Inc. Mr. Tate served as a Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. from December 2013 to October 10, 2016. Mr. Tate joined Blackhawk Network as Regional Vice President of Business Development in October 2001 and was promoted to Group Vice President of Gift Cards in January 2005 and General Manager of Core Business in January 2011. Prior to joining Blackhawk, Mr. Tate served in various sales, management and executive roles at On Technology Corporation and NewChannel Inc. Mr. Tate holds a B.A., in Business from Southern New Hampshire University.

Mr. William Y. Tauscher, also known as Bill, serves as the President of L. Kee & Co Inc., a distributor of linens and bedding. Mr. Tauscher serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Likee & Company, a Chinese home textile manufacturer. Mr. Tauscher has been an Executive Chairman at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since July, 2016. He served as Head of International & Corporate Development at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since February 2013 until August 30, 2016 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from August 2010 to February 22, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Blackhawk Network, Inc. since August 2010 to February 22, 2016. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Blackhawk Network, Inc. He served as Executive Chairman of Blackhawk Network, Inc. from March 2010 to August 2010 and as President from August 2010 to November 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vertical Communications, Inc. (formerly Artisoft Inc.) from September 2004 to May 17, 2011. Mr. Tauscher served as the President at Vertical Communications, Inc. from October 22, 2004 to November 2, 2009. Mr. Tauscher served as the Chief Executive Officer of MainStreet USA Corp., a marketing and technology e-commerce venture, from January 2000 to July 2000. Mr. Tauscher served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vanstar Corp. (formerly Computerland Corp.) since September 1988 until its acquisition by Inacom Corp. in February 1999. He served as the President of Vanstar Corp., from September 1988 to July 1995. Prior to Vanstar, Mr. Tauscher served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Foxmeyer Corp., a Wholesale Pharmaceutical and Beauty-Aid Distributor, Which was sold to National Intergroup in 1986. He formerly Blackhawk's executive chairman, has served as managing member of the Tauscher Group. Since 1999, Mr. Tauscher has also served on the executive team and board of several small enterprises during initial development of new technologies or periods of transition. Mr. Tauscher served as a Managing Member of The Tauscher Group, a private firm that invests and helps manage enterprises in home products, transportation, security and real estate. Mr. Tauscher has been the Executive Chairman of Vertical Communications Inc., since February 20, 2004. He served as the Chairman of Wanderport Corp. (known as Temtex Industries Inc.), since July 19, 2002. He served as Chairman of Vanstar Corp. from September 1987 to 1999. He has been Director of The Vons Companies, Inc. since 1987 and Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since August 2007. He has been a Director of Temtex Industries Inc., since 2002. He served as a Director of InaCom Corp. He served as a Director of Safeway Inc. from May 12, 1998 to January 2015. He served as an Independent Director of Wanderport Corp. He served as a Director of Vanstar Corp. Mr. Tauscher holds a B.S. in Administrative Sciences from Yale University.

Ms. Joan B. Lockie serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller of Blackhawk Network, Inc. Ms. Lockie serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Corporate Controller of at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Blackhawk, Ms. Lockie served as an Independent Consultant for 15 years, focused on leading emerging growth and mid-size companies in the technology and Internet space. Her most recent role prior to consulting was as the Corporate Controller and Treasurer of NetFRAME Systems,Inc, a computer network company. She received her degree from California Polytechnic State University and her CPA credential in the State of California.

Mr. Michael Gionfriddo, also known as Mike, has been Chief Technology Officer of Research and Development at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since July 16, 2016. Mr. Gionfriddo served as Chief Technology Officer of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. and Blackhawk Network, Inc. Mr. Gionfriddo was responsible for internal technology strategy and innovation. He served as Acting President of Evergreen Energy Inc. from August 2, 2010 to April 5, 2011 and served as its Chief Technology Officer from May 2010 to April 5, 2011. Mr. Gionfriddo was instrumental in furthering and enhancing Evergreen's vision for and strategic development of Evergreen Energy's GreenCert product roadmap. He has a wealth of experience in leading software and engineering teams as well as building and implementing world-class architecture. He was most recently a Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technology Officer of the Junos Space Business Unit at Juniper Networks. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of ECDS, LLC. Mr. Gionfriddo joined ECDS in April of 2009 and has a track record of success in realizing vision through strategy, world class architecture and implementation. His focued is on driving the technology vision and opening ecENACT to allow seamless integration with Web 2.0 and mobile applications, while continuing to enhance its core messaging platform. Mr. Gionfriddo recently served as Chief Technology Officer for Sun Microsystems rich Internet application platform, JavaFX. While at Sun, he also served as Chief Architect for the Java CAPS and Sun Connection Network product lines. Mr. Gionfriddo was awarded the Distinguished Engineer title in 2006. He has held the position of Technical Director at Rogue Wave Software, Chief Technology Officer at EdeNet Communications, and Director of Technology at Lutris Technologies. Mr. Gionfriddo was also one of the early innovators on the Java platform, pioneering some of the early server and management components. An accomplished speaker and author, he has been published over 30 times and he holds 19 patents. Mr. Gionfriddo has a BS in Mathematics with Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Mr. Henry Ivey has been Chief Information Security Officer of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since July 16, 2016. Mr. Ivey served as Chief Security Officer of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. and Blackhawk Network, Inc. Mr. Ivey is responsible for both engineering and operational leadership of security. He and his team lead security implementation throughout the entire lifecycle of the products, from the establishment of security policies to the development of solutions' architecture. Since Mr. Ivey started in 2007, he has helped with every major technology project at Blackhawk, and has led its strategic move into cloud computing. Prior to joining Blackhawk, Mr. Ivey was a Founding Member and Head of Security for Walmart.com, security architect for Gap Inc. and helped develop California's 411 system.

Mr. Charles O. Garner, also known as Chuck, has been Chief Financial Officer at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. since October 23, 2017. Mr. Garner served as an Executive Vice President at MedAssets, Inc., since April 1, 2011 and its Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer since March 17, 2015 until February 15, 2016. Mr. Garner served as an Executive Vice President of MedAssets, Inc. from April 1, 2011 to March 17, 2015. He was responsible for MedAssets' finance, investor relations, corporate development and information technology operations. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Zelis Healthcare Corp., from 2016 to 2017 where he directed day-to-day financial and operational activities. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at MedAssets until April 1, 2011 and led strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business integrations and partnership activities. He served as Vice President of Business Development at MedAssets since September 2005. Mr. Garner was responsible for strategic planning and corporate development at Coca-Cola Enterprises. From 1998 to 2002, he served as a Management Consultant with Bain & Company, where he advised clients on growth strategies in technology, retail, manufacturing and service industries. He also held positions in business development, project management and software design at American Management Systems (now CGI) where he served healthcare and government clients. Mr. Garner earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Jenrette Fellow. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Loyola College in Maryland, where he was a Presidential Scholar. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Loyola College in Maryland and an M.B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
