Mr. Stephen D. Plavin, also known as Steve, has been Senior Managing Director of Real Estate Debt Strategies Group at The Blackstone Group LP since December 2012. Mr. Plavin has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. (a/k/a Capital Trust, Inc.) since December 1, 2009. He has experience in the banking and real estate debt investment management sectors, as well as significant experience in and knowledge of the real estate industry and related capital markets transactions. He joined Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. in 1998 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from August 1998 to 2009 and was responsible for all of the lending, investing and portfolio management activities of Capital Trust, Inc. He served as Co-Head of Global Real Estate for The Chase Manhattan Bank and Chase Securities Inc. since 1997. Prior to joining Blackstone, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CT Investment Management Co., LLC. Mr. Plavin was employed for 14 years with the Chase Manhattan Bank and its securities affiliate, Chase Securities Inc. (collectively ???Chase???). He has held various positions within the real estate finance unit of Chase including the management of: loan origination and execution, loan syndications, portfolio management, banking services and REO (real estate owned) sales. In 1993, he was promoted to Managing Director and named President of Chemical Realty Sales Inc., a subsidiary that sold more than $900 million of properties in 75 separate transactions. Since 1995, he served as a Managing Director, responsible for real estate client management for Chase's major real estate relationships. He has been the Chairman of WCI Communities Inc. since August 2009 and has been its Director since 2009. He is a Director of 1628 B Street, LLC and 11900 East Artesia Boulevard, LLC. He has been an Independent Director of Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. since July 17, 2000. He has been a Director of Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. since December 1, 2009. He serves as an Executive Director of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower, Inc. He serves as a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee for both Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies and Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Plavin graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. degree in English and holds an M.B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance & Marketing from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Thomas C. Ruffing has been the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. since February 2013. Mr. Ruffing served as Managing Director of Real Estate Debt Strategies - New York at The Blackstone Group L.P. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Ruffing served as Chief Credit Officer of CT Investment Management Co., LLC, a commercial real estate investment manager and rated special servicer that was wholly owned by Capital Trust, Inc. and acquired by Blackstone in December 2012. His responsibilities include asset management of the investment portfolios, as well as special servicing and CDO collateral management activities for Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies. He served as Managing Director of Asset Management at Capital Trust, Inc., (alternate name Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.) since February 2013 and served as its Chief Credit Officer and Head of Asset Management since July 2006. He was responsible for the asset management of Capital Trust Inc.'s investment portfolios. Mr. Ruffing joined Capital Trust in 2001 and served as its Managing Director since February 2006. Prior to joining Capital Trust, Inc., he served JP Morgan Chase for its real estate and lodging investment banking group since 1990. His responsibilities included structured corporate real estate finance transactions, major asset property sales and the restructuring and workout of real estate loans. He served as a Vice President of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He was responsible for structured corporate real estate finance transactions, major asset property sales and the restructuring and workout of problem real estate loans. He serves as a Director of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower, Inc. Mr. Ruffing holds a B.S. and an M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Michael B. Nash, also known as Mike, He is an Executive Chairman of Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. since February 2013 and Director since December 2012. Mr. Nash serves as Senior Managing Director at Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Nash is a Senior Managing Director, Co-Founder and Chairman of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies and Global Head of Real Estate Debt Strategies at The Blackstone Group L.P. He serves as Global Chairman of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies Group at Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc .He joined the firm in 2007. Previously, Mr. Nash was the Chief Investment Officer at Blackstone Real Estate Special Situations Advisors, LLC. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. from 1997 to 2007, where he led the firm's real estate principal investment group for Americas and was a Managing Director in the group. Mr. Nash was responsible for activities related to the investment process including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, structuring and investment management and resolution at the firm. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Barclays Bank plc., where he worked from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Nash specialized in the workout, restructuring and resolution of a portfolio of troubled real estate and C&I loans at the firm. Mr. Nash also worked at Barclays Bank of New York N.A. Previously, he originated and structured real estate loans at the Bank of Nova Scotia. Previously, Mr. Nash worked at Deloitte & Touche, serving brokerage and other institutional clients and also worked at Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Mr. Nash is a Director of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since April 1, 2015 and a Director of Hudson Pacific Properties, L.P. Previously, he was a Director of LQ Management LLC. Mr. Nash was a Director of La Quinta Holdings Inc. from February 2014 to June 9, 2015. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany.

Mr. Douglas N. Armer has been the Head of Capital Markets and Managing Director at Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., since September 2013 and has been its Treasurer since September 2013. Mr. Armer serves as Managing Director of Real Estate Debt Strategies Group at The Blackstone Group L.P. He served as a Principal of The Blackstone Group L.P. He is a Principal in the Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies group. He served as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager and Rated Special Servicer at Capital Trust, Inc., where he handled the capital markets and finance activities. He joined Capital Trust, Inc. in 2004. He was involved with developing the India-based capital markets group of Global Realty Outsourcing. Mr. Armer served Corporate Finance positions at Gerard Klauer Mattison and PaineWebber Commercial Real Estate Securities. He served as Managing Director of CT Investment Management Co., LLC. He handled capital markets and finance activities. Prior to joining Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. in 2004, he was involved with developing the India-based capital markets group of Global Realty Outsourcing. Mr. Armer has a B.A. degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Mr. Anthony F. Marone, Jr., also known as Tony, CPA, serves as Managing Director at Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. Mr. Marone has been the Chief Financial Officer at Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. since March 1, 2016 and Assistant Secretary since March 2016 and was previously Managing Director since January 18, 2016, Principal Accounting Officer from September 2013 to October 2015 and Senior Vice President until January 18, 2016, Controller from 2008 to October 2015, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Marone oversees the firm's accounting, reporting and tax compliance functions. He is a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group L.P. since January 15, 2016 and Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies Group and was previously Vice President of Real Estate Debt Strategies until January 15, 2016. Mr. Marone joined the firm in 2012. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Controller at Capital Trust, Inc. and was involved with the oversight of the firm's accounting, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to that, Mr. Marone was a Vice President and Controller at CT Investment Management Co., LLC. Prior to that, he worked in the real estate assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he provided audit and other assurance services to various real estate companies. Mr. Marone is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. from Rutgers University.
