Mr. William M. Parent, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Blue Hills Bank and Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Parent served as a Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Grail Partners LLC since November 2007. He was a Partner of DLB Capital, LLC. He served as the Chief Investment Officer of Chalice Private Equity, L.P. He served as Managing Director and Co-Head of BancBoston Capital, Inc from 2004 to 2006. He has 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent 16 years at Bank of Boston and its successor companies, FleetBoston and Bank of America, where he held senior executive roles in Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Bank Management and Private Equity Investing. From 1984 to 1990, he provided auditing and consultancy services at KPMG LLP. He began his 22 year career in financial services at KPMG in 1984, specializing in auditing financial service companies before leaving as a Senior Audit Manager. From 2002 to 2004, he served as a Managing Director following promotions from Vice President in 1999 to Director in 2000. During his tenure at BankBoston Capital, Inc., his responsibilities included leading a team of seven investment officers, acting as a Lead Investor for 16 private equity investments, serving on the Board of Directors of 10 portfolio companies. He served as a Partner of DLB Capital, LLC. He served as the Chief Investment Officer and Partner of Grail Partners, LLC, Investment Arm since November 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President of Grail Investment Corp. He has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions and private equity investments in the financial services industry, including BankBoston Financial Corp.'s merger with Fleet Financial, Inc. and BankBoston Financial Corp.'s acquisitions of BayBank, Inc. Private equity investments include the formation of HomeSide Lending, a division of National Australia Bank Limited ABN, the formation of Partners First Credit Corp., and investments in Value Asset Management Inc. (???VAM???) and China Risk Finance LLC. Mr. Parent serves as a board member of Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. He has been a Director of Blue Hills Bancorp and Blue Hills Bank since 2010. He serves as a Trustee at Wediko Children Services. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of ShopLink.com and BancBoston Ventures, Inc. He is a Member of the Board of Overseers for Joslin Clinic and the Development Committee for Weideko Children's Services. He also serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee and a Member of the Development Committee for the Campaign for Catholic Schools. He is a Non-Practicing Certified Public Accountant. He is a non-practicing CPA and holds a BS from Bentley University.

Ms. Lauren B. Messmore has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 1, 2017. Ms. Messmore serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Blue Hills Bank. Ms. Messmore served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Messmore has over 17 years of experience in investment banking. Her experience includes working at a top-tier global investment bank, Citigroup, as well as co-founded and managing an investment banking boutique. She has a proven track record in developing multifaceted, multiparty transactions which address financial, legal, regulatory, people and risk issues in a wide range of industries. She is a graduate of Harvard College.

Ms. Karen E. Marryat has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. since 2010. Ms. Marryat serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Blue Hills Bank. She is responsible for all facets of branding, marketing, market research, ecommerce and public relations as well as CRA, Community Relations and the Bank's charitable foundation. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Ecommerce at Blue Hills Bank. She has 25 years of bank marketing experience. She served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Cambridge Savings Bank, where she oversaw marketing, ecommerce and the call center. She serves as a Director of the Hyde Park YMCA. She is a graduate of the Simmons Graduate School of Management and the University of Rhode Island.

Mr. James E. Kivlehan, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Consumer and Business Banking at Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 1, 2017. Mr. Kivlehan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Blue Hills Bank and Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 2013 until September 1, 2017. Mr. Kivlehan served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Business Development and Analytics, Consumer Finance at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. He served as a Treasurer at Blue Hills Bancorp, Inc. He is an experienced banking executive with an extensive background in all areas of finance, having held multiple executive leadership roles during more than a decade of service to Citizens Bank. For the six years, he was an Executive Vice President of the Consumer Bank's Strategy and Business Analytics function spanning the banks 12 state, 1400 branch network. He was a Senior Finance Officer for Citizens Bank's retail and commercial banking divisions and led merger and acquisition activities for the bank. Prior to Citizens Bank, he spent 16 years in a variety of senior finance roles in the United States and abroad for BankBoston. He is a non-practicing CPA, a member of Financial Executives International and a trustee and past president of the Treasurer's Club of Boston. Mr. Kivlehan is a graduate of Babson College.
