They pay me enough to put up with the stress
I initially loved working at this company. Management was invested in the development and success of frontline employees because that affected the care our customers get. Since the change in leadership in customer solutions in 2018, eNPS and cNPS have suffered from cold, ineffective management.

Everyday is so productive and positive
It's been a positive transition from my previous employer (where I worked for over 37 years) to Vivint. Obviously, there were many adjustments that I needed to make but I feel that I made the right choice and am glad I was able to receive an offer.
