GREAT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM AT BOART LONGYEAR

It is fair, amd they have good benefitis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was made unwelcome besides the general greeting, it also shows what's going on around the camp site with different devision on who is working well and who isn't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
LEARNING NEW THINGS AND PROVIDING HELP TO EACH OTHER
