Mr. Gregory Garrabrants, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Bofi Federal Bank (formerly Bank of Internet USA) and has been its President since October 22, 2007. Mr. Garrabrants has been the Chief Executive Officer of BofI Holding, Inc. since October 22, 2007 and its President since March 2008. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bank of Internet USA, a subsidiary of BofI Holding Inc. since May 7, 2010. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of BofI Federal Bank. He served as Senior Vice President of IndyMac BanCorp. Inc. and Indymac Bank, where he led the business development group responsible for merger & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Garrabrants worked for Goldman Sachs as an investment banker. Before that, Mr. Garrabrants worked at McKinsey & Company focusing on financial institutions clients. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Garrabrants completed a federal judicial clerkship at the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche. He has been Director of BofI Holding, Inc., since March 1, 2008. He serves as Director Bank of Internet USA. He serves as Member of Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Garrabrants earned his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude and M.B.A., with highest distinctions, from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Garrabrants is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the California Bar.
