Mr. Gregory Garrabrants, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Bofi Federal Bank (formerly Bank of Internet USA) and has been its President since October 22, 2007. Mr. Garrabrants has been the Chief Executive Officer of BofI Holding, Inc. since October 22, 2007 and its President since March 2008. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bank of Internet USA, a subsidiary of BofI Holding Inc. since May 7, 2010. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of BofI Federal Bank. He served as Senior Vice President of IndyMac BanCorp. Inc. and Indymac Bank, where he led the business development group responsible for merger & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Garrabrants worked for Goldman Sachs as an investment banker. Before that, Mr. Garrabrants worked at McKinsey & Company focusing on financial institutions clients. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Garrabrants completed a federal judicial clerkship at the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche. He has been Director of BofI Holding, Inc., since March 1, 2008. He serves as Director Bank of Internet USA. He serves as Member of Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Garrabrants earned his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude and M.B.A., with highest distinctions, from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Garrabrants is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the California Bar.

Mr. Brian Swanson has been Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Bofi Federal Bank since Aug 2013. Mr. Swanson served as Senior Vice President of Residential Lending Division and Senior Vice President of Residential Lending - Bofi Federal Bank at BofI Holding Inc. since November 2010. Mr. Swanson joined Bank of Internet in February 2010. His primary focus is building the Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent Lending channels for Bank of Internet, with an emphasis in growing portfolio jumbo loan production. Prior to joining BofI, Mr. Swanson has had direct experience building a Retail Call Center, Distributed Retail Lending Channel and a Wholesale Lending Division. He began his career as a Retail Loan Officer with e-Loan. His success led to joining a top 5 mortgage lender in 2005; where he served as a Regional Vice President in the Wholesale Lending Division as well as a lead role in the acquisition and integration of their Distributed Retail Lending platform. Before joining BofI in 2010, Mr. Swanson was a Vice President with Bank of America; piloting their dedicated purchase Call Center in Orange County, CA. Mr. Swanson holds an MBA in Operations Management from CSU Eastbay, a BS in Business from San Diego State University and a CMB designation with the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mr. Eshel Bar-Adon has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Specialty Finance - Bofi Federal Bank at BofI Holding Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Bar-Adon has been Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of BofI Holding Inc since January 2011. Mr. Bar-Adon served as Executive Vice President of Specialty Finance at BofI Holding Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Bar-Adon served as Law Clerk to the Hon. E.R. Cox, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Alabama. From 1981 to 1998, Mr. Bar-Adon practiced law in Washington, DC and was a Partner in the national law firm of Sullivan & Worcester. While in private practice, Mr. Bar-Adon specialized in representing real estate developers and banks in real estate finance transactions. He also served as Outside General Counsel to companies in a variety of industries, including government contractors, technology companies and financial services companies. In 1998, Mr. Bar-Adon joined Stone Street Capital, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President for Transactional Affairs and Corporate Counsel. Mr. Bar-Adon served at Stone Street until 2006. Mr. Bar-Adon served as Acting President, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of another leading specialty finance firm. He is a Member of the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Bar-Adon holds a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelors of Arts degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Bar-Adon is graduated from law school in 1980.

Mr. Thomas M. Constantine, also known as Tom, serves as Chief Credit Officer of BofI Federal Bank since August 2010 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer of BofI Federal Bank. Mr. Constantine served as Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer of BofI Holding Inc. since August 2010. He has over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. He was Senior Examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), serving his second stint with the agency. He first joined OTS in 1989, during the Savings and Loan crisis. Prior to his return to OTS in 2003, Mr. Constantine worked as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer for George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company and as an Executive Officer at First Bank of Beverly Hills, where he assumed positions of increasing responsibility, including Portfolio Manager, Chief Lending Officer and finally Chief Credit Officer. His initial exposure to consumer finance began at Whirlpool Financial Corporation in 1987. Mr. Constantine played rugby for Belmont Shore, RFC, representing the region and country in international competition. He is the Head Coach of the SCRFU women's U-23 select side Griffins. He previously led rugby programs at the Universities of California at San Diego and Santa Barbara. He studied Hanshi Tadashi Yamashita's systems of Shorin-Ryu, Suikendo and Kubudo weaponry. Mr. Constantine received his B.A. in Business Economics with an Accounting emphasis from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he also was named a Collegiate All-American in rugby.

Mr. Andrew J. Micheletti, CPA (inactive) has been the Chief Financial Officer at BofI Holding, Inc. since April 2001 and also serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Micheletti has been Chief Financial Officer of BofI Federal Bank, a subsidiary of Bofi Holding Inc. since April 2001 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Micheletti served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Bofi Holding, Inc. and BofI Federal Bank from May 24, 2013 to February 27, 2015. Mr. Micheletti served as Senior Vice President of Bofi Holding Inc. since April 2001 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Micheletti also served in the roles of Senior Vice President and Vice President at Bank of Internet USA. Mr. Micheletti served as Vice President of Finance of TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc. from June 1997 to March 2001. In July 1999, TeleSpectrum acquired International Data Response Corporation (IDRC), where Mr. Micheletti served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since joining IDRC in 1997. Mr. Micheletti served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Linsco/ Private Ledger Corporation from September 1990 to May 1997. Prior to joining LPL Financial Services, Mr. Micheletti was Vice President, Controller and Vice President, Financial Reporting for Imperial Savings Association, a publicly traded $10 billion savings and loan. Starting as an internal auditor in 1985, Mr. Micheletti was promoted to various positions within the bank's finance organization and became Controller in 1990. He also held several positions with Deloitte & Touche LLP as an auditor from 1980 to 1985. Mr. Micheletti is licensed as a CPA (inactive) in the State of California and has held various NASD securities licenses. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.
