Mr. Hung Gun So, also known as Anthony, is the Founder of Bonso Electronics International Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since November 16, 2009 and served as its Treasurer. Mr. So served as President at Bonso Electronics International Inc since November 16, 2006. Mr. So served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since November 16, 2006. Mr. So served as Chief Executive Officer of Bonso Electronics International Inc. from September 14, 1988 to January 2005, Chief Financial Officer from October 19, 2007 to March 2009 and since September 14, 1998 respectively. He served as the President of Bonso Electronics International Inc. from September 14, 1998 to January 2005 and Sercretary from July 1, 1991 to March 2009 and as Treasurer since September 14, 1988. Mr. So has been the Chairman of the Hong Kong GO Association since 1986. He has been the Chairman and a Director of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since September 14, 1988. He served as the Chairman of the Alumni Association of National Taiwan University from 1993 to 1994. He has been a Trustee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, New Asia College since 1994. Mr. So received his BSE degree in civil engineering from National Taiwan University in 1967 and a masters degree in business administration ('MBA') from the Hong Kong campus of the University of Hull, Hull, England in 1994.

Mr. Albert So has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since March 2009. Mr. So has also been Controller of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since February 25, 2012 and served as its Treasurer since March 20, 2015. He served as Financial Controller of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since January 2008. Mr. So joined as a Management Trainee of Bonso Electronics International Inc. in November 2004. He has been a Director of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since March 1, 2013. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, Canada.

Mr. Andrew So has been the Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer and of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since February 25, 2012 and also has been its President since March 20, 2015.

Mr. Henry F. Schlueter founded Schlueter & Associates P.C. and has been its Managing Director since 1992. Mr. Schlueter serves as Secretary of GETGO Inc. (Formerly GetGo Mail.com Inc.) and has been Assistant Secretary of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since October 6, 1988. He serves as Chief Legal Counsel of Solutions Group International Ltd., The. He served as United States corporate and securities counsel since 1988. From 1989 to 1991, prior to establishing Schlueter & Associates, P.C., Mr. Schlueter was a partner in the Denver, Colorado office of Kutak Rock (formerly Kutak, Rock & Campbell), and from 1984 to 1989, he was a partner in the Denver office of Nelson & Harding. He has been a Director of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since October 2001 and also serves as a Director of GETGO Inc. Mr. Schlueter is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of CPA's, the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and the Wyoming State Bar. Mr. Schlueter received his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1978.

Mr. Kim Wah Chung serves as Director of Engineering and Research and Development at Bonso Electronics International Inc. Mr. Chung has been employed by Bonso Electronics International Inc. since 1981 and is responsible for all research projects and product development. Mr. Chung's entire engineering career has been spent with Bonso and he has been involved in all of Bonso Electronics International Inc.'s major product developments. He has been a Director of Bonso Electronics International Inc. since September 21, 1994. Mr. Chung graduated with honors in 1981 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics.
