
It is actually pretty good. You start off with two weeks, are given a couple floating holidays and also have all holidays off including a day or two before or after certain ones dependent on days of week they fall on. You continue you earn more vacation time through the yrs. for sick days you use you short term disability. If that exceeds 3 days you need a dr note and may have to activate the plan. It was recently changed a couple yrs ago that you can only carry 5 vacation days forward into the new yr. must use all floaters etc. vacation time is accrued monthly, however you can still use a lump sum as long as it doesn’t exceed what you get throughout the yr.
Typical 120 hr/yr vacation 10hr/month acquisition.
