Mr. Charles D. Goodwin II, also known as Charlie, has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bovie Medical Corporation since December 15, 2017. Mr, Goodwin has a demonstrated track record of delivering strong revenue growth and operational excellence. As Vice President of Olympus Corporation's global surgical energy group for five years, Charlie was directly responsible for the group's global commercial strategy, managing a team of over 500 employees with full profit and loss responsibility. Prior to joining Olympus, he was the President of Worldwide Sales at Gyrus ACMI, where he led the business to record growth in sales and profit, and served as a key member of the executive team that negotiated the acquisition of Gyrus ACMI by Olympus for $2.2 billion. Before his promotion to President of Worldwide Sales, he was instrumental in developing Gyrus's global distribution network as President, Surgical Division, where he achieved average annual sales growth of 35% for three consecutive years.

Mr. J. Robert Saron has been the President of Bovie Medical Corp. since March 15, 2011 and serves as its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Mr. Saron served as the President of Aaron Medical Industries, Inc., (formerly, Suncoast Medical Manufacturing, Inc.) since 1988. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aaron Medical Industries from 1994 to December 1998. He has been a Director of Bovie Medical Corp. since 1988. He also served as Director of Aaron Medical Industries Inc. Mr. Saron holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Science from the University of South Florida.

Mr. Jay D. Ewers, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Bovie Medical Corporation since October 1, 2015 and its Treasurer and Secretary since June 2015. Mr. Ewers served as Controller of Bovie Medical Corporation since June 23, 2014 and as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from June 2015 to October 2015. He has more than 30 years of senior experience in all phases of finance, accounting, administrative and general management. He has held financial executive positions in the manufacturing, medical equipment, semiconductor and retail industries at companies ranging from early stage and high growth to high profile public companies. Mr. Ewers received his CPA license in 1987 and is a certified internal auditor.

Mr. Moshe Citronowicz serves as a Senior Vice President of Bovie Medical Corp. Mr. Citronowicz served as Director of Strategic Development at Bovie Medical Corp. since November 22, 2011. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Bovie Medical Corp from September 1997 to November 2011. He served as Executive Vice President of Bovie Medical Corp. since September 1997 and also served as its Vice President. He served as Vice President of Operations at Bovie since joining in October 1993. Mr. Citronowicz is responsible for all areas of manufacturing, purchasing, product redesign, as well as new product design. He has also received certificates from Worcester Polytech, Lowell University and the American Management Association for completion of seminars in MRP, master scheduling, purchasing SPC, JIT, accounting and plant management. Since coming to the United States in 1978, Mr. Citronowicz has worked in a variety of manufacturing and high tech industries.
