What's the office vibe like at Brad's Deals?

Our office vibe is fun and relaxed! We have organic fruit, healthy snacks, coffee, tea, and free lunch delivered every Wednesday. We have a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, bags, segways, unicycles and a pool table. We have a Kegerator if you're so inclined. We have events about every other month including Bring Your Child(ren) to Work Day, a chili cook-off, bartending bosses, and an ice cream delivery truck. Our clothing policy is casual which allows for our employees to wear whatever they will be comfortable to work in. Lastly, we have a huge kitchen with many tables and chairs that allows our employees to socialize and eat lunch together or grab a quick snack to break up the day!

During work hours, it's pretty quiet and heads down. Lots of folks in their headphones. There's some team socializing that happens during Wednesday lunches (since they're catered and everyone is eating the same thing at roughly the same time), and sometimes there's a group going to lunch together that usually anyone can join.

Very laid back and fun. Free food and great people. Standing desks and a cool office space. Community Service opportunities, too.

Really relaxed with lots of autonomy to do your job. Fun people who are hard working and smart!
