Mr. Kevin M. O'Connor has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. and Bridgehampton National Bank, a subsidiary of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since January 01, 2008. Mr. O'Connor serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Capital One Financial Advisors, LLC. Mr. O'Connor serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at North Fork Bank, Asset Management Arm. He served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer at North Fork Bancorp., Inc. He joined North Fork Bank in 1987 as an Assistant Vice President responsible for Financial and Regulatory Reporting. Mr. O'Connor manages the growth of both the investment portfolio and the bank's wholesale funding activities. He is involved in merger and acquisition strategies, product development and pricing, employee benefits and municipal banking. Prior to the merger of Carver Moquist & Associates, LLC (CMA) and O'Connor Gearty & Co., Ltd. (OGC) in December 2004, he was a Senior Partner, Founder and President at OGC since 1981. Mr. O'Connor started his career as an audit and small business Manager at KPMG, serving both public and privately-held companies. In 1999, he founded Trusted Financial Partners, LLC. He has been Director of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since October 2007. He serves as a Director at Bridgehampton National Bank, a subsidiary of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. Mr. O'Connor is a Member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPA's. He is also active in the Suffolk County Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. O'Connor passed the CPA exam in 1976. He became a registered investment advisor in 1999 and a Personal Financial Specialist (AICPA) in 2002. He was appointed to the American Red Cross on Long Island Board of Directors. He is Board Member of the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League. He has also been honored for his proactive role in helping the non-profit community by McGann Mercy High School, Eastern Long Island Hospital, Suffolk Community College and Boy Scouts Suffolk County Chapter, among others. He earned an Associate's Degree in accounting from Suffolk County Community College. Mr. O'Connor graduated from St. Mary's University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics. He received a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin. He holds BA from Adelphi University.

Mr. Howard H. Nolan, CPA, CFE, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since August 09, 2016 and as its Senior Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary since 2007. Mr. Nolan serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at Bridgehampton National Bank, a subsidiary of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Nolan served as Chief Administrative & Financial Officer at Bridge Bancorp, Inc. from February 26, 2008 to August 09, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative & Financial Officer at Bridgehampton National Bank. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Bridgehampton National Bank since July 2007. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since September 02, 2013. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since June 26, 2006. He served as Treasurer at Bridge Bancorp, Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance of Gentiva Health Services, Inc. At Gentiva, his responsibilities include direction and oversight of Gentiva Health Service's financial reporting and budget process, evaluation of acquisition candidates and other strategic opportunities and participation in Board and Audit Committee activities. Prior to this, Mr. Nolan served Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor of Gentiva Health Services, Inc. From 1992 to 1998, he served as Vice President and Deputy Audit Director of The Long Island Savings Bank, FSB. He also served in several management positions during that time, including First Vice President and Director of Mortgage Servicing of The Long Island Savings Bank, FSB, directing mortgage servicing activities for an $8 billion portfolio and overseeing a staff of ninety. He served at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP from 1983 to 1992. During his last four years at KPMG, Mr. Nolan served as Senior Manager of Audit Practice and participated in both Peer and Professional Practice reviews. He served as President of The Institute of Internal Auditors from 1994 to 1995. Mr. Nolan began his professional career at Coughlin, Foundotos and Danowski, CPAs in Miller Place, New York. He has been a Director at Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since November 17, 2003. He serves as a Director at Bridgehampton National Bank. He serves as Founding Member of the Long Island Chapter. He is a Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPAs, The Institute of Internal Auditors. He is Member of the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Nolan is graduate with a Bachelor of business administration degree in Accounting from Dowling College in 1982. He has achieved certifications in both Public Accounting and Fraud Examination.

Mr. Kevin L. Santacroce has been Chief Lending Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since January 2004 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Santacroce serves as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Bridgehampton National Bank. He served as Senior Vice President of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since January 2004. Mr. Santacroce joined Bridge Bancorp, Inc. in March 1997 as Assistant Cashier and Credit Administrator. He is a member of the Risk Management Association for Commercial Banks and serves on the Board of Trustees of Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in Riverhead. He graduated with distinction in 2000 from the American Bankers Association's (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI where he graduated magna cum laude in 1990.

Mr. James J. Manseau has been Chief Retail Banking Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since March 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Manseau serves as Chief Retail Banking Officer and Executive Vice President at Bridgehampton National Bank. He served as Senior Vice President of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since March 2008. Prior to joining Bridge Bancorp, he served as a Divisional Senior Vice President, Suffolk County Regional Manager with North Fork Bancorporation and Capital One. For over 25 years, Mr. Manseau has been growing deposits and loans and developing relationships in the Long Island business community. He came to Bridgehampton National Bank in 2008 with an extensive banking background, having previously worked in many roles at North Fork/Capital One, including serving as a Divisional Senior Vice President, with 10 districts and 120 branches under his supervision. He has served as Treasurer of the St. Anthony's CYO Council and President of the Tides Homeowners Association.He received an AS in Business Administration from SUNY Farmingdale.

Mr. John Martin McCaffery, Jr., has been Chief Financial Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since August 09, 2016. Mr. McCaffery has been an Executive Vice President of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. since 2014 and its Treasurer since 2012. He serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Bridgehampton National Bank, a subsidiary of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. He has been Real Estate Team Leader of Bridgehampton National Bank since February 3, 2014. He joined Bridgehampton National Bank as a Treasurer. In that short period of time, he has had an important impact on the critical areas of both acquisition planning and the raising of capital. He serves as the Chairman of the School Board for Lady of Mercy School in Hicksville and is active with the Boy Scouts of America. His 30 year tenure in the banking industry joined into play on a daily basis as he manages the balance sheet and is part of the strategic planning team, which includes analyzing merger and acquisition opportunities. Prior to BNB, he served as the Treasurer of State Bank of Long Island. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Capital One, Commercial Bank and was with North Fork Bank for 11 years. His banking career began in the mailroom of Roosevelt Savings Bank, while he was attending Hofstra University, where he received his BS in Banking and Finance.
