Mr. Johan Vandermeulen has been Regional Director of Asia-Pacific and Middle East of British American Tobacco PLC since January 01, 2018 and has been its Member of Management Board since September 01, 2014 and served as its Regional Director of Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa since September 1, 2014 until January 01, 2018. Mr. Bowles served as Regional Director of Asia Pacific at British American Tobacco p.l.c. since January 1, 2013 until October 1, 2017. Mr. Bowles served as Director of American Region at British American Tobacco plc from October 1, 2011 January 1, 2013 and Director of Western Europe from October 2009 to October 1, 2011. He joined British American Tobacco in 2004. He served as the Managing Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad from May 1, 2007 to October 01, 2009. Mr. Bowles has a vast experience of 20 years in the cigarette industry. Prior to joining the British American Tobacco Group, he worked for Philip Morris and Imperial Tobacco. He worked for blue-chip fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies across Europe and Asia. Mr. Bowles served as Chairman and Director of Souza Cruz S.A. He served as Chairman of British American Tobacco France since 2005. He served as Non-Independent Executive Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad from May 1, 2007 to September 2009.

Mr. John Benedict Stevens, also known as Ben, has been Chief Information Officer of British American Tobacco p.l.c. since September 2010, Executive Director since March 3, 2008 and Finance Director since April 30, 2008. Mr. Stevens joined the Board of British American Tobacco p.l.c. in March 2008. He served as Finance Director and Director of Europe Operations at British American Tobacco Kenya Limited since April 30, 2008 and January 2004 respectively. In 1998, he returned to the UK as Head of Corporate Affairs for the newly listed British American Tobacco p.l.c. and served as Head of Merger Integration following the merger with Rothmans. Mr. de Almeida Oberlander has been Management Board member of British American Tobacco PLC since January 2013 and Regional Director, Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa since January 1, 2018 and served as its Regional Director for the Americas until January 01, 2018. He has been Regional Director of Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa of British American Tobacco PLC since January 01,2018. He joined Souza Cruz in May 1989 and has held various roles including Marketing Director of our Malaysian business, Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas, General Manager in France and Global Consumer Director. Ms. Debra A. Crew has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Reynolds American Inc. since January 1, 2017. Ms. Crew has been a Member of Management Board at British American Tobacco p.l.c. since July 27, 2017. She served as Chief Operating Officer of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. (formerly Brown & williamson U.S.A., Inc.) from October 1, 2015 to October 23, 2016 and served as its President from October 1, 2014 to October 23, 2016 and Chief Commercial Officer from October 1, 2014 to October 2015. She also served as the President of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company from October 1, 2014 to October 23, 2016. Ms. Crew served as Chief Commercial Officer of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and served as its Chief Operating Officer from October 1, 2015 to October 23, 2016. She served as President of PepsiCo North America Nutrition and General Manager of PepsiCo North America Nutrition at Pepsico, Inc since 2014 and served as its President of PepsiCo Americas Beverages since 2012. She oversaw PepsiCo's Gatorade and Tropicana business in North America, its Latin America Beverages business as well as the Pepsico North America warehouse sales organization and Beverage Growth Ventures Group. She joined PepsiCo in April 2010 as President of PepsiCo's Western Europe Business, where she was responsible for commercial and innovation planning across the Pepsico Europe sector. She is one of PepsiCo's rising executive leaders. Ms. Crew has strong multi-category experience and is a seasoned global leader in international brand building, general management, product development and innovation. Prior to joining PepsiCo, she was General Manager of grocery brands and U.S. pet-care products for Mars, Incorporated. She served for Mars, Inc. as Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Crew also spent a number of years in leadership and brand management roles at Kraft Foods, where her experience included foodservice, snacks and desserts. She also served in senior roles at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream (a division on Nestle S.A.). She has been a Director of Reynolds American Inc. since January 1, 2017. She has been an Independent Director of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since December 6, 2013. She served in the U.S. Army from 1993 to 1997, rising to the rank of captain and military intelligence officer. Ms. Crew has an MBA from the University of Chicago and BA from the University of Denver.

Mr. Alan Davy has been Group Operations Director and Member of Management Board at British American Tobacco p.l.c. since March 01, 2013. Mr. Davy joined the British American Tobacco plc in 1988 and served as its Group Head of Supply Chain and has held various roles in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and General Management. He served as Director of Operations at British American Tobacco p.l.c. Mr. Davy served as an Area Director of British American Tobacco Caribbean and Central America, based in San Jose, Costa Rica since February 2010. Mr. Davy served as the Managing Director of British American Tobacco Bangladesh, based in Dhaka since December 2008, after 4 years as the Regional Head of Operations for the BAT Asia Pacific region. He was the Area Operations Director for Central America and the Caribbean and prior to this was responsible for establishing Supply Chain and Manufacturing as part of a green-field business startup in Turkey. Since joining BAT in 1988, he has held a wide variety of Operations positions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean and the Asia Pacific region respectively. Prior to joining BAT, he worked for General Electric in the UK as a construction engineer on nuclear power stations. He served as a Director of Carreras Limited from July 20, 2010 to February 7, 2012. Mr. Davy holds a Master's Degree from Cambridge University, UK in Manufacturing and is a degree qualified mechanical engineer.
