Mr. Samuel J. B. Pollock, also known as Sam, has been Senior Managing Partner of Infrastructure at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. since 2003 and serves as its Head of Infrastructure Activities. He served as the Chairman of Acadian Timber Corp. since January 1, 2010. Mr. Pollock has been an Independent Director of TWC Enterprises Limited since June 4, 2008. He has been an Independent Director of Fraser Papers Inc. since July, 2004. Mr. Pollock serves as a Non-Executive Director at Prime Infrastructure RE Limited. Mr. Jonathan Kelly has been Managing Partner of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited and Chief Investment Officer of Brookfie at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. since March 21, 2017. Mr. Kelly is originating, evaluating and structuring investments and financings in the utilities and telecom sectors globally. Mr. Kelly joined Brookfield in 2007 and since then has held a number of roles across the organization. He was initially in Toronto office and has since held positions in Sydney and London offices before returning to Toronto in 2013. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Kelly was at a leading Canadian investment bank. Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University.

Mr. Bahir Manios has been the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure Manager Inc. at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. since September 27, 2013. Mr. Manios serves as Managing Partner of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited. Mr. Manios served as Vice President of Finance of BC Pacific Capital Corp. He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance at B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation. He served as Controller of MICC Investments Ltd. He has played a key role in growing the business. Mr. Manios has been responsible for the finance and treasury functions for Brookfield's infrastructure group and is well known to many of investors. He joined Brookfield in 2004 and has held a Number of Senior Finance roles.

Mr. Jeffrey Wayne Kendrew, also known as Jeff, MBA (Tech Mgmt), BEng, MIPENZ, serves as the Chief Development Officer of Global Infrastructure Platform at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. Mr. Kendrew has been the Chief Development Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure Group Australia since 2010 and focuses on the growth of Brookfield's infrastructure assets in Australia and New Zealand. He serves as Managing Partner of Australia at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prime AET&D Holdings No. 1 Pty Limited. He served as an Acting Chief Executive Officer of Babcock & Brown Infrastructure at Powerco Limited since June 18, 2007 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at BBI EPS Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Prime Infrastructure Group since October 2007 until March 2010 and served as its Managing Director since November 12, 2008, Acting Chief Executive Officer from June 18, 2007 to October 2007 and Chief Operating Officer of Energy. Mr. Kendrew served as a General Manager of Corporate Development at Powerco Ltd. He served as the Chief Operating Officer, Energy at Babcock & Brown Infrastructure. He served as a General Manager of Operations at Wairarapa Electricity and joined Powerco following the acquisition of Wairarapa Electricity in 1998. He has a professional engineering background and held management and engineering positions in various sectors of the energy industry. He served as the Chairman of Prime Infrastructure Networks (New Zealand) Limited since August 2007 until March 29, 2010. He served as the Chairman of Powerco Ltd., since August 2007 and also served as its Deputy Chairman. He has been Director at C3 Limited since August 19, 2016. He serves as a Director of DBCT Finance Pty Limited and DBCT Management Pty Limited. He serves as a Director at Quadrant Energy Australia Limited. He has been a Director of Babcock & Brown Infrastructure since November 12, 2008 and Non-Executive Director of Prime Infrastructure RE Limited since March 2010. Mr. Kendrew holds an MBA (Technology Management) from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Canterbury in NZ.

Mr. Michael John Botha has been Chief Risk Officer and Managing Director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited since April 11, 2017. Mr. Botha served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. Mr. Botha joined Brookfield in 2001 and has held a number of senior positions across the organization, most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield's Private Infrastructure Funds business. He worked in the audit practice of one of the big-four accounting firms. Mr. Botha is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an engineering degree from Queen's University.

Mr. Luis Barreto has been Managing Director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited since April 11, 2017 and is responsible for leading the sourcing and execution of new investments in Mexico. Mr. Barreto relocated to Peru in order to open Brookfield's office and runs the raised Peru Infrastructure Fund in 2010. In 2015, he relocated to Mexico in 2015 to establish Brookfield's presence in the country. He drives geographic expansion in South America at Brookfield and also played an important leadership role on many significant transactions in the region. Mr. Barreto joined Brookfield in 2010 and since then has played a key role in expanding its operations in both Peru and Mexico. Mr. Barreto was a Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Citi, based in New York and London. Mr. Barreto holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from Florida International University.

Mr. Michael J. Ryan has been Managing Director and Corporate Secretary of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. since April 11, 2017. Mr. Ryan serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Babcock & Brown Infrastructure. Mr. Ryan re-joined BBIM in July 2005. Mr. Ryan joined Prime Infrastructure Group in April 2004 and served as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary since joining. He served as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of Prime Infrastructure Holdings Limited and Prime AET&D Holdings No. 1 Pty Limited. Mr. Ryan worked as a Lawyer in the Corporate Group of Australian based international law firm, Freehills. In private practice, he advised on mergers, acquisitions, disposals as well as on general corporate and commercial law issues, with an industry focus on energy, resources and infrastructure. Mr. Ryan is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of International Business and a Bachelor of Laws with first class honors from Griffith University as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr. Mark Murski has been Managing Partner of Infrastructure, Americas Operations at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited since April 18, 2017. Mr. Murski serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Brookfield's Infrastructure Group in the Americas. He joined Brookfield in 2003, where he focused on financings, acquisitions and divestitures. He has over 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience. From 2006 to 2015, he worked for Brookfield Financial, Brookfield's global advisory practice, where he ran the M&A practice. He has extensive executive management experience as well as acquisition and transaction experience with a wide range of real estate clients. He worked in Brookfield Asset Management Inc.'s merchant banking group. He served as the Managing Partner at Brookfield Financial Corp. since December 2010 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer since December 2012. He was responsible for originating and executing mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets transactions. He has worked on numerous public and private mergers and acquisition transactions involving real estate clients and practiced at Ernst & Young LLP. He has been an Independent Director of City Office REIT, Inc. since February 1, 2016. He serves on the Board of the Greater Toronto Chapter of NAIOP and was a Founding Director of Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. He served as a Director of City Office Real Estate Management Inc, advisor of City Office REIT, Inc. from April 2014 to February 1, 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder. Mr. Murski is a Graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Mr. Carlos Castro has been Managing Director in the Infrastructure Group of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited since April 11, 2017 and oversees Brookfield's office in Colombia. Mr. Castro joined Brookfield in 2012 and since then has overseen operations in Colombia, leading the origination of new transactions and asset management, as well as overseeing Brookfield's Colombian Infrastructure Fund (BCIF). Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Castro held corporate finance roles in the financial and real sectors in Colombia, Washington D.C. and Sao Paulo. He has also worked in investment banking in Colombia and as the Chief Financial Officer of two Colombian companies. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Fundaci??n Carulla-aeiotu and Isagen. He is a board member at Empresa de Energ??a de Boyac?? (EBSA). Mr. Castro completed his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogot?? and holds a Masters (MSc) in Finance from the London Business School.

Mr. Jeffrey Rosenthal, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Western Wind Energy Corp. since March 1, 2013. Mr. Rosenthal serves as Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield's Infrastructure Group. Mr. Rosenthal has been Managing Director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Limited at Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. since April 18, 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Utilities at Brookfield Renewable Power, Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Operations. Mr. Rosenthal served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fortress Investment Trust II. Mr. Rosenthal served as the Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners LP since August 09, 2010 until February 2015. He joined Brookfield in 2007 to oversee Brookfield's management of transmission and distribution assets in North America. Since 2010, he was responsible for Brookfield's Canadian renewable power portfolio of the Fund as well as the transmission assets. Mr. Rosenthal led the strategic initiatives that foster transmission development activities. He was responsible for ensuring all operations and development activities are conducted with the utmost importance placed on Health, Safety and the Environment. He served as the President of Fiber Options Corporation of Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Universe2u Inc., from May 2000 to November 2000. He was the Managing Principal of Utility Solutions Corporation from April 1998 to May 2000. Mr. Rosenthal held senior management positions during his 16-year career at Toronto Hydro from 1982 to 1998. He has been a Director of Universe2u Inc. since April 11, 2002 and serves as a Member of its Advisory Board. He has been Director of Western Wind Energy Corp. since March 1, 2013 and Brookfield Utilities Issuer UK PLC since January 11, 2017. He is a Board member of the Ontario Electric Association. He is a Professional Engineer. Mr. Rosenthal holds BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1982 and Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1990.
