Mr. Francis J. Leto, also known as Frank, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company since January 1, 2015 and May 1, 2014 respectively. He served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc., since June 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Susquehanna Bank and Treasurer of Susquehanna Bank since January 2013. Ms. Jennifer Dempsey Fox is President of Wealth Management Division at Bryn Mawr Trust Company since December 15, 2017 and also its Bryn Mawr Bank Corp. She has more than 23 years of experience in a variety of areas, including wealth management, law, and accounting, with an emphasis on tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. She joins BMT from PNC Asset Management Group where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Strategist. Ms. Fox has held positions with J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management, the Aresty Institute for Executive Education at The Wharton School, Wachovia, and Deloitte & Touche LLP. She was the co-founder of Brave Spirits and the Brave Spirts Foundation producing American-made spirits and donating a portion of the profits from each sale to military charities.Ms. Fox earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, her Masters of Business Administration from The Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law. Additionally, she is a Certified Financial Planner. Active in the community, she is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Forum of Executive Women. In 2015, Fox was named to Private Asset Management's list of The 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth. She has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Patrick Killeen has been Chief Risk Officer Chief Risk Officer of Risk Management Division and Senior Vice President of Risk Management Division of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company at Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation since June 5, 2017. Mr. Killeen serves as Corporate Risk Manager at Harleysville. Mr. Killeen served as a Director of Enterprise Risk Management at First Niagara Financial Group Inc. since April 2010. He has broad experience makes him the perfect candidate to lead Risk team. His cross-function risk management expertise which spans a wide array of risk and compliance disciplines including Operations Risk and Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, Insurance Risk Management, Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Loss Prevention, Loan Review and Physical Security. Mr. Killeen has more than 24 years of experience in a variety of compliance, risk assessment, governance and regulatory roles at banks and financial services businesses. He served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Bank of the Ozarks. Prior to that, he served as Head of ERM Operations, Director of Corporate Stress Testing, Analytics, & Policy Management and ERM Analytics Manager at Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. Mr. Killeen served as Audit Director and Director of Risk Management at First Niagara Bank, N.A. He is Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk Management Assurance, Certified in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), and Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA). He earned his BS from Drexel University.

Mr. Michael Laplante has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller of Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company since July 10, 2017. Mr. Laplante has more than 20 years of progressive experience in SEC and regulatory reporting, controllership and Accounting Operations. Mr. LaPlante joins BMT from The Bank of Princeton, where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President. He was at Deloitte LLP, where he served as a Senior Manager in the Deloitte's National Financial Institutions Advisory Practice from 2013 to 2015. Mr. LaPlante also previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at First National Bank of Chester County from 2009 to 2012. Mr. LaPlante earned his BA in Accounting from Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University and holds a CPA Certification.

Mr. Kevin Tylus is serving as President of Bryn Mawr Trust Banking Division and also served as President and CEO of Royal Bank America from 2012 until Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation's acquisition of Royal Bank America on December 15, 2017. At Royal Bank, he formed an Executive team and executed a strategy that restored the bank from sustained recessionary losses to consistent profitability and growth. In 2016, he received an 'Outstanding CEO Award' from the Philadelphia Business Journal. Prior to Royal Bank, he served at PNC as Regional President of its Central New Jersey region, where he oversaw a market which represented 120 branches. He joined PNC from his role as President of Yardville National Bank, where he also served as a Board of Director for twelve years. Prior to joining Yardville, he held progressively-responsible leadership positions in the financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries. Early in his career, He was a management consultant with Touche Ross (now Deloitte Touche) where he became a Partner. He received his Bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pa., where he serves as a Trustee and earned an MBA in finance from La Salle College in Philadelphia, Pa. He is a past Member of the Franklin & Marshall College Leadership Council, the Chair of The Hun School of Princeton Board of Trustees and an active leader and influential voice for various community organizations.
