She provided HR leadership and counsel to a variety of Dow business portfolios and led the design and implementation of programs that support talent attraction, compensation, retention, deployment and development. Ms. Borg served as Vice President of Human Resources at Dow since 2010. Ms. Borg served as Global HR Director of Marketing and Sales of Dow Corporation since January 2008. Ms. Borg began her career with General Motors Australia, where she served HR and talent development positions for six years. She served generalist roles in the engine operations facility. She served as an Organisational Effectiveness Consultant and responsible for establishing General Motors University in the Pacific region and setting up assessment and development centres for recruitment and high potential development. She serves as a Member of the Advisory board-HR at World Trade Group Limited.
