
When I'm given the chance to challenge our previous standards and processes. I also really enjoy building close relationships with the brand partners, and would like to find more opportunities to do so.
We all come from unique backgrounds, and each have our own pockets of knowledge. Everyone shares those specializations freely, and we truly help one another to keep growing, ask questions, and break form frequently.
The creative department does not just create content and design based on the given brand assets. We do extensive, independent market research, and I think our work should be valued as much as the marketing and other finance-centered teams.
Questions felt reasonable, and I didn't feel like I was trying to get tricked into saying the wrong thing. I also felt like I was judged beyond my work experience, and asked about how I best function in a professional work place. I liked that I was able to see if this was a good fit for me, too.
