Mr. John R. Yurtchuk Founded Matrix Development Corporation in 1990 and served as its President. Mr. Yurtchuk served as an Executive Vice President of Calspan Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Calspan Corporation. He has been a developer since 1982. Prior to Matrix Development, he was active in development and construction in the New York City area as Vice President for Finance of Madison Construction, a full-service development and construction company. Since 1982, his development experience has included the completion of more than $100 million of projects including hotels, Class A office space, medical facilities, luxury apartments, waterfront condominiums, corporate headquarters, and single family subdivisions in Western New York, the New York metropolitan area, and in Florida. He serves as the Chairman of Calspan Holdings. He completed projects include a Class A office building for John Hancock Insurance, SofTrek's corporate headquarters and several office/medical facilities including the Dent Medical Tower, a $12 million renovation of a six story signature building in Amherst, N.Y., the $13.5 million Excelsior Musculoskeletal Center and Calspan's new state-of-the-art flight research facility at the Niagara Falls International Airport. Prior to entering Real estate development, he served as a Loan officer on Wall Street of Irving Trust Company. Mr. Yurtchuk serves on the board of Directors of American Red Cross. He is a corporate economist with National Fuel and a university instructor at SUNY Buffalo, Medaille College and SUNY Fredonia, where he taught economics, finance, accounting, and business mathematics courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Mr. Yurtchuk holds a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. (ABD) in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Derek Garner serves as President of Calspan Corporation and is responsible for the overall business. Mr. Garner joined the Calspan team as General Manager; he has over 30 years of international business experience in Europe and North America. He served as the President of Curebell Plastics Inc. at Curbell, Inc. He has held executive and senior management positions with publicly traded and private companies such as Thyssen Krupp and Cadillac Plastic and Chemical Co.

Mr. Peter Sauer serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Calspan Corporation and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sauer is responsible for managing the shared corporate services provided to Calspan's multiple business units. In addition to his business operations role, Mr. Sauer serves as Calspan's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Calspan, Mr. Sauer has held various financial and operational senior management roles at other organizations including Curbell, Dinaire Furniture, CNB International, & Arthur Andersen. Mr. Sauer earned both his MBA and a Bachelors Degree from the University at Buffalo and is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Louis H. Knotts, also known as Lou, serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Calspan Holdings. Mr. Knotts served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Calspan Corporation. Mr. Knotts served as senior manager of the flight and aerospace research group. Mr. Knotts has been with Calspan since 1981 and is also an engineering test pilot. He entered pilot training and was designated a Naval aviator. Mr. Knotts next served as an instructor pilot in an A-6 fleet training squadron before leaving active duty. He worked as a research assistant at the Charles S. Draper Laboratory on a flight control system design for the A-10 aircraft using linear quadratic design. Mr. Knotts served as the program manager of the USAF NT-33A variable stability research aircraft from 1982 until the aircraft was retired in 1997. From 1988 to 1995, he was USAF NT-33A's program manager for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in-flight simulation contract. In January 1996, Mr. Knotts assumed the position as head of USAF NT-33A's Flight Research Department. He is a retired Air National Guard lieutenant colonel and Air Force command pilot, holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating and has more than 6,000 hours of flight time. Mr. Knotts is a distinquished graduate of the US Naval Academy with a Bachelors Degree in Physics and of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Brian Ernisse serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Calspan Corporation. Brian started at Calspan Corporation in April of 2018. Brian currently resides in Syracuse, New York Area.

Mike Crawshaw serves as the Vice President of Engineering of Calspan Corporation. Mike started at Calspan Corporation in January of 2002. Mike currently resides in Norfolk, Virginia Area.
