Ms. Deborah A. Jordan, also known as Debbie, CPA, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Camden National Bank since December 19, 2014. Ms. Jordan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial & Accounting Officer of Camden National Corp. and The Camden National Bank since September 2008 and has been its Executive Vice President since April 2011 and Chief Operating Officer since January 1, 2015. She served as a Senior Vice President at Camden National Corp., since September 2008. She served as a Chief Financial Officer of Merrill Merchants Bank (Bangor ME) since 1993 and also served as its Treasurer and Executive Vice President. She oversaw number of financial and administrative functions at Merrill. She served as a Treasurer of Merrill Merchants Bancshares Inc., since 1993, also served as its Secretary and oversees a number of financial and administrative functions at Merrill. She served as an Executive Vice President of Merrill Merchants Bancshares Inc., since December 1999 and its Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure at Merrill, she had oversight for its initial public offering, operating systems conversion and acquisition negotiations as well as other administrative functions. Prior to joining Merrill, she served as an Audit Manager of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1987 to 1992. She has considerable expertise in leading the financial function of a publicly traded community bank. She has a proven track record in financial reporting as well as strategic financial management of an organization. She serves as a Board Member of Eastern Maine Community College Foundation, an organizer of Camp Capella, Inc. She serves as a Trustee of Husson College. Ms. Jordan was a Member of Advisory Board of CEI Ventures, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial management. Ms. Jordan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Husson College and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Eastern Maine Community College. She is a CPA.
