Ms. Jordan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial & Accounting Officer of Camden National Corp. and The Camden National Bank since September 2008 and has been its Executive Vice President since April 2011 and Chief Operating Officer since January 1, 2015. She served as a Senior Vice President at Camden National Corp., since September 2008. She served as a Chief Financial Officer of Merrill Merchants Bank (Bangor ME) since 1993 and also served as its Treasurer and Executive Vice President. She oversaw number of financial and administrative functions at Merrill. She served as a Treasurer of Merrill Merchants Bancshares Inc., since 1993, also served as its Secretary and oversees a number of financial and administrative functions at Merrill. She served as an Executive Vice President of Merrill Merchants Bancshares Inc., since December 1999 and its Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure at Merrill, she had oversight for its initial public offering, operating systems conversion and acquisition negotiations as well as other administrative functions. Prior to joining Merrill, she served as an Audit Manager of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1987 to 1992. She has considerable expertise in leading the financial function of a publicly traded community bank. Mr. Timothy P. Nightingale, also known as Tim, has been Executive Vice President at Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since January 2011. Mr. Nightingale has been Senior Loan Officer of Camden National Corporation and The Camden National BanK since April 2011 and also served as its Senior Lending Officer since April 2011. Mr. Nightingale served as Senior Vice President of Camden National BanK, a subsidiary of Camden National Corp. from September 2006 to April 2011. He Joined Camden National BanK in March 2000 and served as its Regional Vice President of UnitedKingfield Bank. Since 2001, Mr. Nightingale served as Senior Lending Officer at UnitedKingfield Bank and served as its Senior Vice President since 2003. Her past community involvement includes Camden Outing Club, Owls Head Transportation Museum, The Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, The Ethel Walker School and the First Congregational Church. She is currently treasurer and board member of Partners for Enrichment. She has been a full-time volunteer and civic leader since 1970.

Mr. Edmund M. Hayden joined Camden National Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer upon completion of the merger of Camden National Corporation and SBM Financial, Inc. in October 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Hayden served as the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Credit Officer of The Bank of Maine since 2011. Previously he was the Executive Vice President and Executive Credit Officer for TD Bank, NA (???TD???) covering the New England and Long Island markets. Mr. Hayden worked for TD (formerly TD Banknorth, NA) for 18 years (1992-2010) primarily in commercial banking. Prior to TD, Mr. Hayden worked for three years as the Senior Lending Officer for Martha's Vineyard National Bank, and prior to that Mr. Hayden held a variety of positions primarily in commercial lending at Bank of Boston (formerly Bank of Vermont) from 1980 to 1989.

Ms. Carolyn Carson Crosby has been a Senior Vice President at The Camden National Bank since August 2011 and is part of its Human Resource team. In 2004, Ms. Crosby was recognized as Camden National Corporation's America's Promise Volunteer and Officer of the Year. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maine in Orono and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Lasell College in Boston, Massachusetts.
