Mr. James A. Milton, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Campus Management Corporation since August 2014. Mr. Milton served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SoundBite Communications, Inc. since May 1, 2009. Mr. Milton has over 30 years of high technology sales, marketing and general management experience, where he has worked extensively in the high tech sector, serving in a variety of executive roles at UGS Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has deep domain expertise in IVR and IP messaging solutions as well as the broader contact center market. Mr. Milton was the Chief Executive Officer of Intervoice, LLC and also was its President since February 2008. Mr. Milton was the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President at Intervoice, LLC from January 30, 2006 to August 2008. He served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Services of Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. (formerly, UGS PLM Software) from October 2004 to November 2005. He was responsible for PLM sales and alliance efforts on a global basis. He worked in partnership with PLM's zone and automotive sales leaders to aggressively target geographic, industry and strategic corporate opportunities. He served as Customer Solutions Group Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Americas at Hewlett-Packard Company from May 2002 to September 2004. He was responsible for sales of HP products and services into global commercial, enterprise, small business and public sector accounts in the United States, Canada and Latin/South America. Mr. Milton started his professional sales career at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where he moved into increasingly senior-level sales and marketing roles, where he served as one of its youngest-ever Vice President. He joined Compaq in 1998 with the acquisition of DEC. Within one year, he served as Leader for all U.S. enterprise sales for Compaq and from January 2000 to May 2002, he served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager for all of North America. He worked, while a co-op student, as a Systems Engineer at IBM. He has been Director at Intervoice, LLC since June 2008. He served as a Director at SoundBite Communications, Inc. from May 2009 to July 3, 2013. Mr. Milton holds a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree with Joint Honors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Mr. Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, also known as Tim, serves as Chief Executive Officer at TLB Advisors LLC. He served as Chief Executive Officer at the firm from May 2005 to May 2007, and managed all of the its operations, including sales, marketing, servicing, information technology, consumer lending and debt management. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as President and Chief Operating Officer at SLM Corporation from 2000 to May 2005. He also served as President and Chief Marketing and Administrative Officer at the firm from 2000 to 2001 and as its Vice Chairman from June 2005 to May 2007. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the firm from July 31, 2000 to May 2007 and from July 1997 to May 1999. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President at Equity One, Inc. from 1998 to 2000 and its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 1998. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Manufacturers Hanover Consumer Services from 1983 to 1988 and it's Chief Financial Officer from 1978 to 1983. Mr. Fitzpatrick is the Chairman of Tuition Options. He is an Advisor of Leeds Equity Partners, LLC. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of National City Bank and MAB Paints Inc. Mr. Mark Armstrong has been Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Campus Management Corporation since October 3, 2016. Prior to Campus Management, Mr. Armstrong served as Vice President of Higher Education Product Development at Oracle Corporation since September 12, 2016. During his tenure at Oracle, Mr. Armstrong's executive sponsorship of the Education & Research Strategy Council, along with key customer implementations, gave him direct insight into how higher education institutions are transforming globally. He originally entered the software market with Campus Solutions, Inc., in 1995, and after its acquisition by PeopleSoft, was responsible for building the company's presence in higher education. Prior to that, Mr. Armstrong developed and supported student solutions at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has served in executive advisory positions with EDUCAUSE, the Oracle Higher Education User Group (HEUG) and on the Board of Directors for IMS Global. Until its acquisition by Oracle, he held a similar position at PeopleSoft, where he helped launch its higher education division. Prior to joining PeopleSoft in 1995, he developed and implemented student-centered solutions at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ms. Cynthia L. Haynie serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Campus Management Corporation. Ms. Haynie is responsible for creating and leading the Campus Management Corporation's technology vision and strategy as a global provider of solutions for higher education. Ms. Haynie's 25 years of software development experience encompasses leadership of global resources for product research and development, involving both new products and the migration of complex enterprise software systems. Ms. Haynie served as Chief Technology Officer SolArc, Inc. Ms. Haynie was responsible for establishing SolArcs' strategic long term goals and direction for product solutions, and directing the supportive product development efforts. Ms. Haynie served as Vice President of Engineering at ROME Corporation, a credit exposure software startup. She served as Senior Vice President of New Platform Development at Caminus Corporation and was spearheaded its design and development of next generation of energy transaction management software. She joined Caminus corporation via the acquisition of Altra Energy Technologies in November 2001. At Altra Energy Technologies, she served as Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for the design and development of its suite of gas and pipeline transaction management systems as well as the development and deployment of Altra's multi-commodity online trading exchanges. She started her career with Martin Marietta stronautics, followed by an engineering management role with IBM in their space-flight program. she served in Key management roles with Business Records Corporation. She has 18 years of experience in the development of mission-critical software applications, with a depth and breadth of experience in the design and development of enterprise-wide systems for the energy industry. Ms. Haynie has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Master's degree in Information systems from Denver University, and a Master's degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Anders J. Nessen serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Talisma Corporation and Campus Management Corporation. Mr. Nessen is responsible for Talisma and Campus Management Corporation's accounting, finance, Human Resources, and facilities. He served as Vice President at Leeds Equity Partners. He joined Leeds Equity Partners in 2000. Prior to joining Leeds Equity, Mr. Nessen spent two years as an investment banker in Lehman Brothers' Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York. Mr. Nessen graduated with a B.S. degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Raj Mruthyunjayappa serves as Senior Vice President of Campus Management Corporation. Mr. Mruthyunjayappa also serves as Managing Director at Talisma Corporation Pvt. Ltd. at Moxie Software CIM Corp. Mr. Mruthyunjayappa manages Campus Management's Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa divisions operations. He has successfully spearheaded Talisma's foray into SaaS and cloud computing along with emerging frontiers such as social media marketing and enterprise mobility, as well as the launch of Citizen Relationship Management software solutions for public sector organizations. He served as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific at Talisma Corporation. He began with Talisma more than nine years ago, where he joined Campus Management in 2008 and held executive positions at nGenera and Talisma Corporation in engineering, services, business operations and business development. For Talisma, Mr. Mruthyunjayappa is instrumental in establishing International Operations and building International partner network. Mr. Mruthyunjayappa has a long-standing background in Information Technology and worked with companies such as Aditi Technologies and nGenera Corporation and Visual Commerce to set strategic direction, to improve and implement more effective processes across diverse customer-facing departments. He has over a decade of experience working in the United States, managing global services operations, right-shoring, and data center operations at executive management positions. Mr. Mruthyunjayappa has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Mysore University.

Ms. Viki Hucke-McCright has been Senior Vice President of Career Education at Campus Management Corporation since June 13, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of The Learning Center and Special Projects. Ms. Hucke-McCright serves as Senior Vice President of The Learning Center at Talisma Corporation. During her more than thirteen years at Campus Management, she has served in a range of senior management capacities, including software development and product management. She served as Vice President of Learning Center of Campus Management Corporation since June 21, 2007. Ms. Hucke-McCright assumes the primary responsibility for Campus Management's education programs for its employees and end-users of their solutions-- including product and industry certification programs. She has been with Campus Management for over 11 years, having held director-level roles in both product management and marketing. Prior to joining Campus Management, she began her career in higher education in the areas of Financial aid and student finance. She received her B.S. in Finance from Texas Tech University.
