Mr. James A. Milton, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Campus Management Corporation since August 2014. Mr. Milton served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SoundBite Communications, Inc. since May 1, 2009. Mr. Milton has over 30 years of high technology sales, marketing and general management experience, where he has worked extensively in the high tech sector, serving in a variety of executive roles at UGS Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has deep domain expertise in IVR and IP messaging solutions as well as the broader contact center market. Mr. Milton was the Chief Executive Officer of Intervoice, LLC and also was its President since February 2008. Mr. Milton was the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President at Intervoice, LLC from January 30, 2006 to August 2008. He served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Services of Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. (formerly, UGS PLM Software) from October 2004 to November 2005. He was responsible for PLM sales and alliance efforts on a global basis. He worked in partnership with PLM's zone and automotive sales leaders to aggressively target geographic, industry and strategic corporate opportunities. He served as Customer Solutions Group Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Americas at Hewlett-Packard Company from May 2002 to September 2004. He was responsible for sales of HP products and services into global commercial, enterprise, small business and public sector accounts in the United States, Canada and Latin/South America. Mr. Milton started his professional sales career at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where he moved into increasingly senior-level sales and marketing roles, where he served as one of its youngest-ever Vice President. He joined Compaq in 1998 with the acquisition of DEC. Within one year, he served as Leader for all U.S. enterprise sales for Compaq and from January 2000 to May 2002, he served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager for all of North America. He worked, while a co-op student, as a Systems Engineer at IBM. He has been Director at Intervoice, LLC since June 2008. He served as a Director at SoundBite Communications, Inc. from May 2009 to July 3, 2013. Mr. Milton holds a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree with Joint Honors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
