Mr. Keith E. Creel assumed role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway Co. (???CP???) On January 31, 2017. Mr. Creel was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in February, 2013 and joined the CP Board of Directors in May of 2015. Prior to joining CP, he was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Canadian National (CN). He held various positions at CN including Executive Vice-President, Operations, Senior Vice-President eastern region, Senior Vice-President western region, and Vice-President of the prairie division. He began his railroad career at Burlington Northern Railway in 1992 as an intermodal ramp manager in Birmingham, Alabama. He also spent part of his career at Grand Trunk Western Railroad as a superintendent and general manager and at Illinois Central Railroad as a trainmaster and director of corridor operations, prior to its merger with CN in 1999. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Jacksonville State University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He has a military background as a commissioned officer in the US Army, during which time he served in the Persian Gulf War in Saudi Arabia. Recognized for his leadership at CP, he was named by Progressive Railroading as ???Railroad Innovator??? for 2014.

Mr. Robert Allen Johnson has been Executive Vice President of Operations at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since April 20, 2016. Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Operations - Southern Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since June 2013 until April 20, 2016. Mr. Johnson served as the Vice President of Operations for Southern Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited. Mr. Johnson served as a Vice-President of U.S. Operations for Southern Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited. Mr. Johnson's railroad career spans 32 years with BNSF where he held successively more responsible roles in operations, transportation, engineering and service excellence. His most recent position at BNSF was General Manager, Northwest Division, overseeing day-to-day operations for that region.

Mr. Michael Redeker, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since October 15, 2012. Mr. Redeker served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President at ATB Financial Inc. He was responsible for providing information technology leadership in computing operations, security, architecture, communications networks and disaster recovery for IT services as well as corporate project management implementation and tracking to all business units. He joined ATB Financial in May 2007 after spending 11 years with IBM Canada, focused on delivering quality information technology services within the financial services industry. He serves as a Director of Railinc Corp. He is a Graduate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Mr. Laird Joseph Pitz has been the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice-President at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since October 29, 2014 and since October 20, 2017 respectively and served as its Vice President from October 29, 2014 to October 20, 2017. Mr. Pitz is responsible for risk management, police services, U.S and Canada casualty and general claims, environmental risk, field safety and systems, disability management and forensic audit investigations. Mr. Pitz is a Vietnam War veteran and former FBI special agent and is a 40-year career professional who has directed strategic and operational risk mitigation, security and crisis management functions for companies operating in a wide range of fields including defence, logistics and transportation. Mr. Pitz joined CP in the spring of 2014 as vice-president risk management and security.

Mr. Nadeem Velani has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since October 19, 2016 and since October 20, 2017 respectively and served as its Vice President since October 19, 2016 until October 20, 2017. Mr. Velani served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since September 9, 2016 until October 18, 2016. He joined Canadian Pacific Railway Limited in March 2013 and served as Vice President of Investor Relations. He served for 15 years at Canadian National Railway Co. where he worked in a variety of positions in Financial Planning, Sales and Marketing and Investor Relations.

Mr. John Kenneth Brooks has been Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice-President at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (CP) since February 14, 2017. Mr. Brooks served as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing - Bulk at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited until February 14, 2017. With more than 20 years in the railroading business, Mr. Brooks has a breadth of experience to the Chief Marketing Officer role that is pivotal to CP's continued and future success. He began his railroading career with Union Pacific and later helped start I&M Rail Link, LLC, which was purchased by the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern Railroad (DM&E) in 2002. He was Vice-President of Marketing at the DM&E prior to it being acquired by CP in 2007.

Mr. Stanley Scott MacDonald serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for System at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited and Canadian Pacific Railway Company since October 16, 2012. Mr. MacDonald joined Canadian Pacific Railway Limited in 2003 as Director of Locomotive Maintenance. After holding the position of Service Area Manager - Mechanical, he was promoted to General Manager, Operations followed by Assistant Vice-President roles in Operations and Transportation. In 2010, he was appointed Vice-President Transportation. Prior to his career at the railway, he spent 13 years with the Canadian Forces as an Aerospace Engineering Officer and seven years with GE Transportation Systems. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree with Honors and a Masters of Engineering in Thermal Power.

Mr. Tony Marquis serves as Senior Vice President of Operations - Eastern Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited. Mr. Marquis served as Vice President of Operations for Eastern Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since July 16, 2013. Mr. Marquis spent 25 years with Canadian National Railway Company in various operating positions, Mr. Marquis was an owner and President of Strategic Training Simulators Inc. (STSI) designing, building, and installing locomotive simulators. Most recently, he completed a corporate turn-around at Colombia-based coal railroad, Fenoco S.A. while serving as president and chief executive officer. He is a leading railroader.

Mr. Mark Redd has been Senior Vice President of Operations, Western Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited since September 15, 2016. Mr. Redd served as Vice-President of Operations, West Region at Canadian Pacific Railway Limited from April 2016 to September 15, 2016. He joined CP in October 2013 and since that time has worked as General Manager Operations of U.S. West and General Manager of Operations, Central Division, Canada. He served more than 20 years at Kansas City Southern Railway. Mr. Redd served as Vice President of Transportation of The Kansas City Southern Railway Company Network at Kansas City Southern since August 2010. Mr. Redd served as General Manager of Texas Division of Kansas City Southern since March 2008 until August 2010. Mr. Redd served as the Head of Texas Division The Kansas City Southern Railway Company since March 2008 and served as its General Manager of Southeast Division until March 2003. He joined The Kansas City Southern Railway Company in 1993 with The Kansas City Southern Railway Company's purchase of the Mid-South Railroad and served a variety of transportation management positions. He was named CP's 2016 Railroader of the Year. Mr. Redd holds a Bachelor's of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
