For the Data Analyst roles, it's a 4-step process. First you get a screening call with a recruiter, fairly simple and straightforward. Then you get a couple of basic online coding tasks; these are also simple and are not very challenging. Then you get a take-home challenge, this is where you can show off your data skills to the recruiters. You have to solve a business problem, and they allow you to use any type of open-source technology. Finally, if they liked your job, you go to a day-long onsite interview process where you'll meet up to 5 interviewers. These are case, behavioral, and technical interviews. For the case ones, you can prepare fairly good with online materials. For the behavioral, just make sure to prepare some typical questions so that they don´t surprise you, but honestly just keep the conversation going. For the technical, be sure to review what you did on you take-home assignment. And that's it!
