Mr. Lawrence A. Cohen has been the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Senior Living Corporation since May 1999 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Senior Living A, Inc. Mr. Cohen served as the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Senior Living A, Inc. from November 1996 to May 1999. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Cohen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Paine Webber Properties Incorporated. He served as President of ILM Senior Living, Inc. and ILM II Senior Living, Inc. from 1991 to 1998. He served as an Interim Chairman of Capital Senior Living Corporation until June 2010. He has been Vice Chairman of Capital Senior Living Corporation since November 1996. He served as a Director of Assisted Living Federation of America. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Cohen served as a member of the Board of Directors of ILM Senior Living, Inc. Mr. Cohen holds a Masters in Law, is a licensed attorney and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Cohen received an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from St. John's University School of Law and a BBA degree in Accounting from The George Washington University.

Mr. Carey P. Hendrickson has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Capital Senior Living Corporation since May 2014. Mr. Hendrickson has held numerous positions in finance and administration over 22 years at Belo Corp., which owned and operated multiple television stations and newspapers across the country. Mr. Hendrickson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Belo Corp. since March 5, 2010 and served as its Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hendrickson served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Belo Corp. from November 2007 to March 2010. Mr. Hendrickson served as Senior Vice President of Belo Corp. since November 2007. Mr. Hendrickson served at Belo Corp. as Vice President of Investor Relations from January 2000 to October 2004, Vice President of Corporate Communications from November 2004 to May 2007 and Vice President of Human Resources since March 22, 2007. Before that, he served as Vice President/Human Resources of Belo Corp. since May 2007. He had been with Belo Corp. for 15 years. He began his career with Belo Corp. as Manager of Financial Planning and then served as Assistant Controller from 1995 to 1997 and Vice President of Strategic and Financial Planning. He started his career with KPMG and served as Director of Financial Planning for Republic Financial Services. Mr. Hendrickson began his career with KPMG and was the director of financial planning for Republic Financial Services before joining Belo. He is a member of the Media Financial Managers Association and serves on the Association's national board of directors. He serves on the Scholarship Committee of the Spina Bifida Association of North Texas. Mr. Hendrickson is an honors graduate of both Baylor University and the University of Texas at Arlington. He received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Baylor in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from UTA in 1995.

Mr. David R. Brickman serves as an Senior Vice President at Capital Senior Living Corp. Mr. Brickman has been Secretary of Capital Senior Living Corp. since May 2007 and its General Counsel since July 1992. Mr. Brickman served as the Vice President of Capital Senior Living Corp. and its predecessors since July 1992. From 1989 to 1992, he served as in-house counsel with LifeCo Travel Management Company. Mr. Brickman holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters in Health Administration. He has either practiced law or performed in-house counsel functions for 21 years.

Mr. Joseph G. Solari serves as a Vice President of Corporate Development at Capital Senior Living Corp. since September 2010. Mr. Solari serves as the President at Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Products Group. He served as a Managing Director of Acquisitions at Ventas Inc. since August 2007 until 2009, where Mr. Solari had been responsible for its real estate investment activities in the seniors housing and skilled nursing industries. He also served as the President at ConvaTec., and Edward Weck & Company. Mr. Solari served as a Senior Vice-President and Group Controller at Squibb Pharmaceutical Group and an Operations Controller at Squibb Corporation. He served as a Director in the Healthcare Corporate Finance Group at Houlihan Lokey, Inc., where Mr. Solari was responsible for the origination and execution of merger and acquisition, private placement and financial restructuring engagements for its healthcare clients, with particular focus on facility-based, healthcare services companies. He served as a Vice President at Wachovia Securities and was an Investment Banking Professional at Everen Securities, Inc. Mr. Solari also served as an Associate Director at D & S. Corp. He served as a Co-Chairman of Taylor Companies, Inc. Mr. Solari has more than 15 years of experience originating, structuring, negotiating, executing the acquisition, sale and divestiture of healthcare real estate and real estate operating companies. He received his BS in 1986 in Business Administration and his MBA in 1988, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mr. David W. Beathard, Sr. serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Capital Senior Living Corp. Mr. Beathard served as Vice President of Operations of Capital Senior Living Corp. and its predecessors since August 1996 until June 2013. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Beathard owned and operated a consulting firm. Mr. Beathard has been active in the operational, sales and marketing and construction oversight aspects of senior housing for 29 years.
