Communication is good from workers to managers and team leaders
Treating there employees on the molding floor with respect and show there appreciation for all the hard work we're doing for them
They expect a great deal but are supportive and have the company's and one's best interest in mind.
Horrible, the worst experience I've had thus far.
It's hard to describe, I guess the best way to describe it is you would come in as a new employee with a great attitude, good work ethic and supervision turns you in to someone that you don't even recognize a bad worker with a negative attitude
