What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. Open to discussing options and possible solutions.
They expect a great deal but are supportive and have the company's and one's best interest in mind.
Communication is good from workers to managers and team leaders
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their job ,pay attention to what's going on .
Treating there employees on the molding floor with respect and show there appreciation for all the hard work we're doing for them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hard work and team work is not appreciated by management etc
I feel under rated yes
Yes, strongly undervalued. They do not treat their employees fairly. There is gender inequality within the organization. What would make feel better about my compensation is paying according to the years in the company, knowledge, skills duties and responsibilities that come with your role.
We are always working Saturdays and being taken from spending time with our families. If you take on extra tasks you get no extra compensation for it they expect you to just do it. There raise system is rediculas you don't get a raise based on performance you get a flat 2% of your hourly rate
Spend alot of money on the company but very poor yearly raises

We work well together to accomplish our tasks and goals.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay. Better benefits. Profit sharing. Treat all divisions the same.
Leadership amd management need to be better more structure for sure more fairness less favortism
Stop making us work mandatory Saturdays and let us have quality home life and everybody would be happy about going to work and moral will go back to normal and the company will get more productive work from there employees

Not aot of training on day day nobody even knew where i was suppose to be
