I believe I am low compared to my peers, and there seems to be inequity in compensation packages across the organization.
The team I am on is great, and management is very open, honest and approachable. Other teams have managers that micro manage and make the employees feel uncomfortable and under appreciated.

Everyone works together to get the job done
Massive pay inequity within peer groups, it would be great to have more pay transparency. Company should switch 401k plan so highly compensated employees do not have their contributions capped.
