My manager is business however she is very down to earth, supportive and treats us all with respect. She supports the team

Retention bonus and sign on bonus
The hourly pay I'd the best
They have a grant for hardships that is helpful when you may face and unforeseen situation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no rollover PTO days and since privately held, no stock options

Massive pay inequity within peer groups, it would be great to have more pay transparency. Company should switch 401k plan so highly compensated employees do not have their contributions capped.
I believe I am low compared to my peers, and there seems to be inequity in compensation packages across the organization.
The insurance is to expensive, wish they would go to a lower rate insurance with lower deductible
