He's been non-visible for the last year or two, probably due to the sale to Apollo. Matt's a great speaker but still hasn't find the right venue to really make him feel still part of the company and visible to all levels of employees.

When is he getting fired? They have done several layoffs and not enough came from the top. The ones who put CB in a bad spot are still there making bad decisions.
