Has become very difficult with new ownership. Had layoffs in last year and people have been jumping ship leaving others to pick up the work.

Fantastic. My team had a 40 hour policy: if you had to work late, you could come in late or leave early the next day.

It's what you make of it. You can work yourself to death, but mostly everyone remembers that we're not in the business of saving lives.
