How secure do you feel at your job at CareerBuilder?

A lot less than I did 6 months ago. I receive great reviews, work really hard, stay on top of trends and expertise in my field, and am well-liked and respected across the organization. But I still don't feel like that helps me. Not receiving adequate salary increases in recognition of my contributions either and am preparing to leave while I still have the choice and upper hand in my career.

I feel entirely secure but there is not much redundancy in my role. I am hopeful that we've finished doing reductions and I think that the remaining people are secure, as long as their skills do not become outdated.

Zero security! HR and managers will give you some vague answer or some PC talk track; but most people can read between the lines.
