
A lot less than I did 6 months ago. I receive great reviews, work really hard, stay on top of trends and expertise in my field, and am well-liked and respected across the organization. But I still don't feel like that helps me. Not receiving adequate salary increases in recognition of my contributions either and am preparing to leave while I still have the choice and upper hand in my career.
I feel entirely secure but there is not much redundancy in my role. I am hopeful that we've finished doing reductions and I think that the remaining people are secure, as long as their skills do not become outdated.
