
Not often; did one in 2008 (understandable) and one in sept 2017; new owners so so many inefficiencies that required company to trim the fat and get rid of positions no longer needed. When they do happen, the entire execution process is flawed.
Over our lifetime, very very rare, but this year we did have some because we were acquired and they wanted to change our cost structure.
We just had one that affected about 130 employees in September. Everyone is thinking we'll have another one in early 2018.
