
Our C-level team is very diverse now. Currently, our CFO is Asian, our CHRO is female, our CIO is African-American, our CPO is Indian, our COO is female, our CMO is female, our President of Employment Solutions is female, and our General Counsel is African-American. Our leadership is very diverse.
My experience as a woman at CB has been positive. There are groups such as CBWiT and CBHer that meet every month or so, and my team has been great.
They say all the right things in their handbook and policies about being a diverse and EEOC company. But some of their practices are contrary to policies.
