Aside from the morose atmosphere due to the layoffs and attrition, the people are great and the attitudes are generally good. I work 40 hours a week and get playfully chided by my team if I work more than that. They'll tell me to go home. The occasional Nerf war breaks out, hackathons are fun, and the problems are usually pretty interesting to work on.
