Mr. John J. Fitzpatrick has been Chief Operating Officer at Carver Federal Savings Bank since February 21, 2017 and has been its First Senior Vice President since March 2, 2017. Mr. Fitzpatrick has been Chief Operating Officer of Carver Bancorp, Inc., since February 21, 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust, Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Support Services of Provident Bank, a subsidiary of Provident New York Bancorp. (alternate name is Provident Bancorp Inc.) since 1997. Prior to Fieldpoint, he served as Senior Vice President, Director of Support Services and Director of Operations of Sterling National Bank at Sterling Bancorp since 1997. He has been employed by Provident Bank since 1986. Mr. Fitzpatrick spent 24 years with Provident Bank, serving in a broad scope of senior finance and operations roles including Controller, Director of Accounting and Finance, Chief Operations and Technology Officer and Director of Finance and Management Information Systems. In his most recent role leading Finance and MIS, he was responsible for all bank operations and led the bank's strategic planning and assessment of merger and acquisition opportunities. He served as Senior Vice President and Director of Management Information Systems of Sterling National Bank. Mr. Fitzpatrick began his career with Seamen's Bank, with responsibilities in the bank's controllership and treasury functions. Mr. Fitzpatrick received his Bachelor's in Economics and Accounting from Hunter College and his Masters in Banking and Finance from Adelphi University.

Ms. Blondel A. Pinnock has been Chief Lending Officer of Carver Federal Savings Bank Inc., since November 2014 and also its Senior Vice President since April 2008. Ms. Pinnock served as the President of Carver Community Developmen Corporation, a subsidiary of Carver BanCorp, Inc. since April 2008. She has been the Chief Lending Officer of Carver Federal Savings Bank Inc. since November 2014. She served as the President of Carver Community Development Corporation since April 2008. She joined Carver in April 2008. She served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America where she was a community development lender and business development officer. Ms. Pinnock has over a ten year experience in financing the development of residential and commercial real estate projects located within low and moderate income neighborhoods throughout New York City and outlying areas. Prior to her tenure at Bank of America, she served as counsel and deputy director for the New York City's Housing, Preservation and Development Department's Tax Incentives Unit, where she assisted in the implementation of the City's real estate tax programs for low, moderate and market rate projects. Ms. Pinnock holds a BA from Columbia College at Columbia University, and a JD from Hofstra University School of Law.

Ms. Christina L. Maier has been the Chief Financial Officer of Carver Federal Savings Bank and Carver Bancorp, Inc. since March 3, 2016 and has been its Senior Vice President since June 9, 2016. Ms. Maier served as an Executive Vice President of Patriot Bank, N.A. (alternate name, Patriot National Bank) and Patriot National Bancorp Inc. from October 1, 2013 to March 2016. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Patriot Bank, N.A. and Patriot National Bancorp Inc. from October 1, 2013 to January 5, 2016. She has over 30 years of experience as a senior financial officer and served as Senior Vice President and Director, U.S. Accounting and Reporting at Brown Brothers Harriman, a firm she was with since October 2006. She was a senior accounting executive at Brown Brothers Harriman for several years. Prior to that, Ms. Maier served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Provident New York Bancorp and served 15 years at Hudson United Bancorp, where she was First Senior Vice President, serving in capacities including Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. She held positions at Kirchman Corporation. Ms. Maier earned an M.B.A. in Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. Pazel G. Jackson Jr. served as the Chief Executive Officer of Carver Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Jackson served as Senior Vice President of JPMorgan Chase until 2000. During his 37-year career in banking at JPMorganChase, Chemical Bank, Texas Commerce Bank and The Bowery Savings Bank, Mr. Jackson held several senior management positions. From January 1995 to 2000, he was responsible for Mortgage market development throughout the US for JPMorganChase. His prior positions included Senior Credit Officer of Chemical Mortgage Division, President of Texas Commerce Mortgage Company, Business Manager of Chemical Mortgage Division, Chief Lending Officer of The Bowery Savings Bank and Marketing Director at The Bowery Savings Bank. Mr. Jackson's previous business experience also includes employment as a Senior Vice President in charge of Commercial and Residential Lending at The Bowery Savings Bank, which he joined in 1969. He has been a Director of Carver BanCorp. Inc. and Carver Federal Savings Bank since 1997. Mr. Jackson is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 16 years' experience in design and construction. Mr. Jackson earned B.C.E. and M.C.E. degrees from the City College of New York, M.B.A. degree from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Business Policy Studies from Pace University in New York.
