Very bad. Management has had mandatory overtime all year at the Waco Distribution Center. This lack of balance has caused a horrible turnover rate. If the temporary employees were included in the turnover metrics it would be setting of serious alarms

Depends on your work group. Some are “old school” and want you in your cube all day besides lunch. Others are more flexible and provide work life flexibility.

Is getting better. Some aspects of the business do still have the mentality if you are not in your cube then your not effective.
