
They use a targeted selection interview process using STAR methodology. Some questions were relevant to the role and background but some were clearly from an interview guide and not related to the role. Process was very mechanical.
Very impersonal compared to others. It’s a very process driven company and the interviewers seem to be just following the process and reading prepared questions from a form.
Interview process with STAR system is a joke. Leaves room for bias and or misunderstood analysis of answers.
Weirdest interview I've ever had anywhere. Everything is situation based.
