The company is also responsible for the provision of financial services, including trading, leasing, factoring and electronic settlement. The company was founded in 1980 and is based in Shanghai, China. The company seeks acquire businesses which will help the company to expand and strengthen it's global presence and strengthen the operations of it's subsidiaries and business segments.
